Toilet didn’t flush. Tub didn’t drain. Old and not clean. Boogers on walls, hair all over the floor.

You could definitely tell the shower wasn't clean( it had hair at the bottom of the tub). The dresser front of the door under the TV was off and sitting to the side. The bed seem to have a dent on one side due to wear & the toilet wasn't as clean as it usually is when I stay there

What a pig stye. Filthy with garbage cans outside overflowing. Cigarette butts covering every square inch of the property and empty coffee cups and soda cups laying everywhere. A lazy groundskeeper or not at all. The room had cigarette burns all over the vanity and when I arrived at 9pm, my door, to my room, was open. I almost did NOT walk in because I am a solo traveler. That was very disconcerting. Oh, ground floor, outdoors door, so anyone could have been in the room.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

That I had temporary plates on my car and they threatened to tow my car after I’ve paid for a night and giving me a parking pass. I’m Currently in between places so I don’t need that hassle to stay a hotel especially that I am a paying customer and the staff was rude and couldn’t even make an exception or anything I had to park my car way down the street then walk to the hotel so that I didn’t end up without a car

Didn’t realize it until after I had been in the room a few hours there was a dead cockroach by the door under the AC unit. I left the room for a little bit to go grab something to eat and when I came back, I seen at least two cockroaches running from the nightstand behind the bed at that point, I grabbed all my belongings made sure there was no cockroach in my bag and slept in my car there were also no chairs or a place to sit besides sitting on the bed

There was trash under the stairs case. There were people hanging out being loud. Too much traffic coming in and out of the property. My room was not cleaned up to basic standards. The room spelled of smoke. The sheets and pillow case was stained , there was used soap in the tub upon our arrival. It’s difficult to get in touch with the front desk at times.

I did not like the property. From the outside it looks okay but my room was DIRTY. The sheets had red stains that were covered by the pillows. The back of the pillow cases had red stains. We did not have a trash can in our room. The bathroom soap was not changed, it still had a open soap in the tub. The room spelled of old smoke. I was VERY DISAPPOINTED.

No elevator. Only rooms left were on second floor(had been traveling for 3 weeks, had heavy bag/suitcase !). Stairs were very dirty, no signs of sweeping/clean-up. I realize the property is spread out over 3 buildings, but please hire someone to keep the premises decently clean. The unit had a working fridge/freezer, it was on and cold. It had ice trays in the freezer, but they were empty with no ice cubes(arrived in mid-eighties temperatures, needed cold hydration !!!). Please have housekeeping take 45 seconds to fill ice trays so arrivals can have something cold to drink. There wasn't ONE single thing in the unit to drink out of, no cups, NOTHING !!! You had to ask for cups, dishes, etc to be delivered to your unit to be able to drink/eat anything. If this property is going to be a long-term rental facility for working folks(as it appeared), please advertise yourself as such. Would I stay there again, not a chance. I will just pony up and spend the extra 30-40 $'s for a motel.

Good location for quick drive to SMF(Sacramento Airport).

I had flea bites on couple areas of my body when I woke up the next morning. Other wise, everything was good ,I have no complaint, the room was big enough, laundry was clean so far, restroom, toilet were clean.

The mattress was very firm and made it a challenge to sleep comfortably. There were tenants who caused a lot of commotion. They were loud throughout the day and we’ll into the night, til 3-4am most nights. I would not stay at this location again. I booked this hotel room to get some peace and quiet so it was frustrating that I wasn’t able to have that during my stay.

The check in and check out process was pretty quick and the staff were friendly. My room was spacious and the bedding was clean.

I didn't like that they couldn't supplye with the things the said they have on hand Pots,pans. A changeachine to do laundry the microwave in our room was missing. I brought alit of food but a lot went to waste because didn't have the things I needed to prepare meals. S little disappointed in the customer service I received.
