Staff not on desk in morning and breakfast was not well placed. No glasses fo rcoffee or bowl for cereal

Upgrades look great but the breakfast was not satisfying. No fruit everything needed to be replenished but staff to busy checking ppl out .

Some days the housekeeping did not come. The continental breakfast left much to be desired. The hours were from 7 to 9 am. If you went at 8 am the baked goods were almost gone and there was no replenishment.

The bed was good. Furnishings were OK.

No breakfast on the bar... no juice barely any coffee no muffins no milk or fruit... but when another employee came down they went to there room with a gallon of milk and two bananas... nothing set out for the guest that was fresh...

Bath tube faucet was broken. They stopped the breakfast earlier then what was posted..The men employees closed the breakfast 30 minutes early.

They said breakfast available but only had waffles and cereal and cold coffee! I feel they need to be specific on breakfast items so people don’t wake up thinking it’s the same as other quality inn that serve more then just waffles and cereal. The cleaning could be better some areas weee not as clean. And the room smelled maybe adding some air freshers for rooms would have been better! Lastly turning on AC before occupants come in would have been nice!

Small breakfast. Was expecting some eggs and sausage. For the area and location it’s at I thought the hotel will be a lot nicer but it was kinda messy and run down . The back door to the hotel doesn’t even lock so I felt a little unsafe

there was traffic with too much sexual activity and sounds, was very worst to hear them full of weed smell , it was smelling in the sheets also

We couldn't cancel our reservation when we arrived even though we could clearly tell this hotel has not been maintained well. Decided to give the benefit of the doubt and just go ahead and head inside. After paying for the room, we were then informed that they couldn't issue a keycard and we would have to be escorted to the room to enter every time. What kind of nonsense is that! We were not okay with that. We asked for a refund or cancelation. The desk clerk said she couldn't do that because she didn't know how to and the manager wasn't there. She also couldn't print a receipt stating that we had already paid. She told us that we would just have to trust them.

Absolutely nothing was nice about this hotel.

Our room as ok. My sister's is very dirty. Blood in the floor, in the toilet seat. Very dingy. They were very itchy the entire night, very limited sleep. The next day I asked for a discount. They said they cannot since we did not complain immediately. We did not because we arrived almost midnight and we were dead tired after yours and hours of driving. It was only when they get up to check at dawn when they saw how dirty the room was.

It was dirty , heat didn’t work, the fridge was not clean, someone’s urine was on the wall and floor of the bathroom, soap scum in shower and black mold starting in the tub . We had to be moved to another room. Our second room we had heat problems and other areas were dirty in this room as well. Our room key would have to be activated each time we came back and staff was rude to me. I wish I was able to cancel my reservation to stay at a different establishment.

Ok so nothing to major or we would have left I was there to have a good time not be uncomfortable but there was a few things see below 1.) the elevator made a noise that made my anxiety go to 10/10 but actually worked properly and was roomy held me my husband 4 checked bags 2 carry-ons and random grocery store bags 2.) the breakfast was simple nice enough for a work trip or quick start off for kids but pass that you need to leave but conveniently a walk across the parking lot was the most amazing fresh tasting real food hot breakfast big portions & reasonably priced 3.) the set of bath towels at first glance seemed ok but was unfolded ended up being stained with idk what you can tell it had been washed but ummm no eww but when I spoke with the staff at the front desk she immediately offered to replace the set and the those came look brand new with extra for the hot tub 4.) A few other things broken ironing board etc but always fixed very promptly

Nov is the off season due to weather so I felt like we owned it rarely saw any other guest even though lots of cars when we left for breakfast but nobody by time we would return back & I absolutely loved that for us and our anniversary Across the street from a nice mall Not far from highway and not right off the exit either if you know you know Within mins of a Starbucks, target, Walmart, and several restaurants

The bed sunk in at the top. I kept waking up from neck stiffness and pain, the constant smell of marijuana, the lack of cleanliness with ice bucket that was given to me from front desk no bag in it as well, the lack of customer service skills of the night front desk person. He questioned me as if I didn’t know anything, so I told him to call my room. When he did, he didn’t introduce himself. He just proceeded to ask about the bucket. When he was done with the call. He just hung up, he didn’t say ok thank you or oh ok nothing like that. Also the stain on the ironing board is nasty. Hair in the sink around the edge creased in there. The room smelled stale.

It's smelled like Marijuana throughout the hotel. The rooms was dirty the sheets smelled, bath tub was stained, reception didn't do anything about random people walking outside the hotel in the parking lot all in all very disappointed and did NOT enjoy my stay...
