The sheets were dirty when I arrived. I asked for them to be changed and was given the sheets myself to change. When I got to the room with said sheets they were the right’s size . So the next morning I asked housekeeping to just change my bed and they didn’t either.

Nothing I cared too much about. It's an older building but kept up well.

We did not have breakfast here, and I don't know whether they offer it. We liked that they are pet-friendly. The location was great: close to the Mayo Clinic, restaurants, and parks. I have allergies to fragrances and chemicals, but this place was clean and did not use strong fragrances. I did not suffer from allergies here. The windows open to allow fresh air into the room, which is rare nowadays.

The lobby and common areas had a very strong fragrance (perfume/cologne and cleaning product). No ice machine. No hair dryer in the room ( found out after the fact they have one, but you have to ask for one) Very limited on breakfast items

Kitchen with full size refrigerator was nice to have even though we were not in the room much.

Full frig, kitchen etc...didn't cook so didn't check pots, pans etc.. Bed was comfy, as were pillows. Quiet area. I brought in my coffee and coffeemaker. I'd use this again if in the area.

I didn't care for the bed sheets. They were scratchy. I was a little disappointed in the breakfast. I was hoping there would be more choices than a couple of granola bars.

Clean room, friendly receptionist, I'm checking in was easy. I also appreciated the clean outdoor environment and nice parking lot.

Worker out front flagged my wife and I down the moment we got out of our truck because we backed into the parking spot, she claimed the exhaust from our truck would ruin the air quality for other guests while she stood by the front door smoking a cigarette. I don't even have a diesel it's a 20 Ram with a gas engine. Her cigarette was polluting the air more than what the exhaust on my truck was! Kind of a crappie way to be greeted as a guest.

There was no coffee provided in the rooms. Thus could be because it is an extended stay facility, but we were there for just one night and it would have been nice to have coffee in the room included.

The bathroom smells like urine. I think it was from the shower curtain that was full of mildew. It stunk! There was mold along the tub and floor. There was also hair stuck on the ceiling and on the tub and around the base of the toilet gross! The fridge was old and rattling and pretty beat up. They could use a new fridge in that room.

I liked how convenient it was. The facility was clean and the staff was amazing.

The refrigerators need to be replaced or painted. The rust and scratches look trashy. The last time I stayed, the fridge was in rough condition and rattled all night long! The shower curtains need replacing. They smell like urine from the mildew on them.

I stay at this hotel when I come to Rochester. Excellent evening desk staff, quiet and clean rooms. Very affordable rooms. Very spacious! Your night deskman needs a raise. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy after a 5 hour drive to get there!

Front desk clerk extremely rude. Stayed two weeks never once had our room cleaned. If you get new towels or linens you have to take the old ones down yourself. The staff then puts on rubber gloves and counts how many pieces you brought before they let you have new and you don't get any extra. Caught the front desk making fun of us walked up on the conversation. Caught desk clerk trying to run my card for a 100.00 charge at 8am she could never explain why. When I checked out she wanted to charge me extra for internet when told her had not used any she became angry and found the past charges on my bill where she had been charging me all along. When I got to my car and checked my phone it showed she was trying to run my card still for the internet charge. Never ever stay here they are crooked and extremely rude especially the day desk clerk. They offer no services y o u even have to take your own trash to a trash closet. Will never stay here again.Found dirty plated and trash under the beds from past guest. The only reason we stayed was for work.

I had no hot water, just warm-cold. Asked for another room (after I already unpacked). Made the inconvenience move to the second rm, and still same temp of water. I went to get a small pan to heat up water for the tub water. Took forever! No ice machine. Half the vending machine was empty. Very limited options for breakfast. Then when I went to "do my business " NO TOILET PAPER! I went to check out and talked to the manager. Still, I paid full price and he just said, "we'll make note of the multiple issues". I hope they make improvements.

The head manager/boss he’s terrible rude and much more. They also have cockroaches and there rooms are partially cleaned. Definitely done poorly,there wifi is very poor & there not only always in your business but they will come knock on your door around 8am to ask if and when your checking out remind you check out is at 11am like let me sleep seriously beyond rude, obnoxious/annoying & irritating.

The beds are always comfortable, the young lady is very nice, having a kitchen in every room is amazing & great!
