United StatesI didn't like that there was someone staying on the floor above us and I could hear everything. It was like living in an apartment with thin walls. My fiance and I were disappointed with the noise level. I did also ask for fresh sheets because there was hair on the sheets.

United StatesI like doughnuts, and there were none. But that is not unusual for a hotel breakfast. The bath towels were pretty thin; we could have used an extra towel each to assure we got dry following showers.
It was good. The biscuits and gravy was very good, as well as the potatoes. That was all I had, and it was good. My husband was glad there was orange juice, and it was good tasting OJ. The shampoo and conditioner were good. Had a good hair day after using them.

United StatesI didn’t like the safety aspect. On Saturday a man tried to enter my room and when front desk was informed about it the said they were unsure who it was. The guy claimed to be delivering room service but I never ordered room service. The front desk also states they don’t offer room service. Thankfully my fiancé was in the room with me. I’m pretty sure that what is startled the guy. They said someone from cooperate would be reaching out. The room was registered to my name not my fiancé name. The had the master key but we had the do not disturb sign on the door and the man still tried to enter.
The property was clean and room was very clean as well.

I like the fact that the location was near a lot of restaurants and stores. Everything was right where you need it.

United StatesNo hot water. I understand that they were working on it, but we arrived at 6:30pm and really needed a good shower after traveling. The lack of hot water was disappointing and we were not informed of it at the time of check in. It also made me wonder how they were preparing breakfast and cleaning dishes/cooking utensils without hot water. We bypassed breakfast due to sleeping in; but I did think about how the kitchen/cleaning was being done.
Comfort Inn/suites is consistent and I always know what to expect. It is clean and overall comfortable. The walking around the property was the small cemetery next to the hotel. Fascinating.
