The sink in the bathroom was leaking

I was happy to get coffee in the morning, The location was good for walking to Starbucks because the coffee wasn't all that great. I was able to park fairly close to my room. I was able to connect to the wifi.

The thermostat on my air conditioner didn't work, and so the unit never shut off even when I raised the temperature. So, I had to turn the a/c completely off. The shower water pressure was awful. The bathroom sink was chipped and the toiletries were partially full with missing labels. The hair dryer didn't work, so I had to walk out with wet hair and the tv remote didn't communicate with the TV and there was only one channel - I tried all the other inputs and was not able to get any of the channels.

Bad odor. Loud A/C. Cockroaches behind fridge. Fridge was extremely loud. Very noisy toilets and showers heard from adjoining units. Cramped toilet. Sketchy clientele

Good location, fast check-in, and comfortable beds.

The place doesn't offer breakfast or coffee in the morning, and the bathroom wasn't clean.

It was dirty; sheets were dirty, bathroom was dirty, it smelled like someone covered a horrible smell with Mens cologne. The TV did not work, the phone did not work. The worker was rude, and wanted me to let him into my room to "see if I was being honest about the things that did not work"

The people in the room kept banging and screaming and yelling but it was adults and so kids so I don't know why they were being so loud and disrespectful

The smell of the room. The tub and toilet had stains. The freezer was over frozen with ice buildup so I couldn't use it

Bed was uncomfortable and pipes or something were making loud noises all night kept us awake and water in sink would not turn off and was dripping all night. Floor had duck tape on it vs being repaired.

Everything.we had absolutely no hot water flies everywhere in the room ppl who run it are very rude

Didn’t go for breakfast but when I stopped for coffee there was none.

The place was disgusting and junk, the TV and Internet didn't work, there was dirt/burn marks on the floor, if you turned down/off the AC the room would stink, what really turned my stomach though is when I was trying to get the TV to work I found someone else's toe nails on the night stand and someone else's hair in the bed, it was almost like someone made the bed and changed the towels but didn't clean anything. I started to notice all these nasty things after having a shower and starting to relax so within the first 2 hours I was checking in and checking out to get a cleaner place because it felt like I was laying in someone else's bed. I will never be back and this place was a complete dump. 0 stars 🤢 I wish I got a picture of the toenails before sweeping them off in disgust!

The bathroom is horrible the sink is to close to the toilet the toilet is to low and it leaks when you flush it if it flushes. the sink had hair on it and it also clogged up .the linen had stains on it .

I liked the location.

It was not cleaned well, the door to the bathroom was broken, and the fridge didn’t work.

Location was great, close to shopping and food

Small bathroom either no place to set things, no counter or shelving. Air conditioner was very loud, door lock was funky, hard to open

Proximity to Trader Joe's and Price Chopper, McDonald's etc

VERY SMELLY room (cigarettes) and pretty filthy.

The rooms were nice and comfy

The shower and the spa tub could have been cleaned better and we were not happy that my husband forgot his bracelet and when we went back to let them know it was gone
