Pool was not clean

I came for the indoor pool, stayed 5 days and the pool was not available the entire time.

This property is definitely in need of some attention. The board would fall off of the desk when we closed the fridge, even if extremely gently. It’s also extremely hot in the halls, lobby, and elevator. The staff are respectful and accommodating, the property just needs a loving hand and maybe just bring a jacket instead of having the heat up so high, we could barely step out of our room without needing to reapply deodorant and wipe sweat from our foreheads.

It was comfortable and private, the staff were respectful of the do not disturb sign when it was out, and there weren’t any disruptive guests!

There's not much to complain about. the gym area could be updated.

My stay was nice,breakfast was good, the room was worth the price and I'll definitely stay again if I'm in the area.

TV stand was falling apart, bathroom didn't look too clean, parking lot was not shoveled and had tons of ice, very hazardous. They remodeled however the doors all looked scraped as if they could be painted. Lobby didn't smell clean

Inside the building was old and rundown. Doors to rooms all marked up and all furniture was old and rundown. Needs renovation.

they didn't clean our our room after the first night and there was brown stuff smeared on the wall and spackle all over the bathroom walls

The room we stayed in had a strong odor, which we could not figure out what it was. You stopped noticing after you were in the room for a while, but when we put our luggage back in the car. the odor had permeated our belongings.

Breakfast was fair. The room was crowded, so unable to use microwave or waffle maker.

Check in took way longer than it should have. I did it online and expected to just pick up the keys. Not the case, I basically had to check in all over again. Breakfast had zero options (except for apples) for vegans.

It is a 2 star hotel, so let’s keep expectations in line. I brought my own pillows and had a very good night’s sleep, the bed was very comfortable. The carpets smelled a bit stale, but, again, 2 star property.

The room was not as pictured, the veneer on the furniture was flaking off and inside the drawer it was durty, I wuoldnt put my clothes in it

Broken exhaust fan, towel holder, safe, well used furniture, filthy walls & unseen areas, old burnt ironing board. Room not cleaned daily. Had to get new towels, toiletries not refreshed until final night. Breakfast was very basic not much variety & not impressive, waffle maker sticks & needs seasoning.

It was ok for a place to stay.

Cleaning staff could do more. For instance towels were just flung on rack. Didn't make my bed on second day or take trash from room or vacuum.

The app to check In didn’t work and we had to check in manually upon arrival. The pool looked disgusting and we didn’t trust to use it.

Someone didn’t fully clean our room. My daughter found a glass medicine bottle between the 2 cabinets and a cigarette burn on my bedspread. The cabinetry is getting old. Lots of scratches on it and the walls needed painting or a real good cleaning.

It was close to the park for our tournament. The continental breakfast was good. The facility was mostly clean. They gave us plenty of towels.

When we checked in we were told we couldn't pay for both rooms on same card. So they had us use to different cards only to find out after that it was a lie and we got overcharged. One of the tv's in one of the rooms didn't work properly. We had to hook my laptop to the TV so we could watch it. The A/C in the living room didn't work and they couldn't get someone in to fix it until the next day. They offered another room but it was so late at night at that point we didn't want to have to move all our stuff and kids to another room. The bathroom is extremely small. Not a lot of space to maneuver around and the shower is like a Shower you would find in a RV. Not to mention the giant bug the lady killed when she came in to check the A/C thinking I didn't see it when I noticed it before she came to the room. The breakfast was horrible. They had frozen Jimmy Dean sandwiches for you to heat up in the microwave and juice with particles floating in it. When we checked there were a group of people that had just checked in and the were engaged in a heated argument with front desk receptionist for being overcharged at check in like we were.

The only thing I liked about this hotel is the room size. I like that there was a bedroom and living room which aloud the kids plenty of room to play inside the room without everyone feeling claustrophobic.

Pool area was not the most cleanness area. Really wish there would have been a hot tub area. Breakfast was subpar.

$100 deposit fee even when you extend your nites you have pay for another $100 deposit fee and wait for refund for both of them. For the area they in their competition around them is more fair $50 deposit fee with extending nites you don’t have pay deposit fee again your card is just on file they don’t take it out unless you did something to the room. The other hotels around them like la quinta and comfort inn offer late check out up to 3PM for $25. No rooms with bathtubs so be aware if you have small kids & heat too forever to kick in and when it did kick in the it was not consistent

Walkable convenience stores, Dunkin Donuts,Dennys and Waffle House in mins of walking. Clean rooms great cable. Breakfast was nice & very nice staff.

Late night child crying and unfortunately the fire alarm went off. Kind of disturbed our sleep. Maybe a room far away from the lobby would have been better.

Carpets shouldn't feel sticky, plus there was only one washer and dryer set for the whole hotel, and it was out of order. You also have to be careful with what you leave in your car, as the hotel isn't exactly located in a good area.

Breakfast is self serve. Compared to other hotels, it's not much. However, it's still a free meal. They have cereal, microwaveable breakfast sandwiches, a waffle maker, some yogurt, and bagels.
