Food was left in the fridge from the previous guests. Housekeeping knocked on our door at 8:00am of our check-out day which was quite early.

The hotel was very clean and the front desk staff were helpful. The rooms were very nice.

The hot tub was not in use- disappointed and was not informed prior to stay. The pool is tiny! The bed sheets were full of black fuzz balls.

Breakfast was included but either a bag with items prepackaged or a choice of egg and sausage. We were not allowed to order off the breakfast menu. For the price of this hotel I thought that was cheap. We went out for breakfast.

Pillows were not comfortable and I ended up using rolled up clothes instead. Also seemed like the bar closed early for a Saturday evening but thats not a huge deal.

There’s not much around, but it’s also not far from options if you drive. You’ll definitely want to rent a car if you’re doing a lot of back and forth.

Our room was the perfect set up for a little family. We almost had a little living room separate situation which is nice for watching tv not on the bed. We practically had a living room, office and bedroom all separated.

Location was excellent for going to the UW Clinic to attend an appt. The clinic is a very short distance from the hotel!! Wonderful for being convenient and no driving during rush hour traffic. Very, very clean--everything.

The heater was super loud and squeaked, so we had to turn it off cause it was annoying in the middleofthenight. Also, the cleaning crew woke me up at 8 a.m., but I'm also a light sleeper, and with us turning off the heater, it could be our fault

There was a few “fresh-looking” stains on the bed and lounger in the bedroom that were concerning, but our group was pretty low maintenance so did not bother us too much.

The property was modern and clean. The staff was friendly, and our room was beyond our expectations! The property is located near other amenities such as a gas station, and the hotel amenities that the hotel offers met our needs well!

The DC that was put on file for the $50 hold was charged in the amount of one night's rate. I contacted management the following day after check out to notify them of the error. The transaction was reversed, and the payment was back in the account within 5 business days.

The pool was small but nice to have an indoor pool.

The manager was amazing and helped us to get to the airport when we couldnt find a ride. The rooms were really well taken care of and beautifully layed out.

The staff at the front desk always seemed distracted on their phones. I had to ask for a luggage cart and where the elevators are and they spoke as though I should have known those things already. I felt like an interruption to them.

Very clean and well kept. The pool area and outdoor patio was a great place to spend time with my family. The room layout on the Queen Sweet was really nice also.
