First room was unacceptable, dirty and rugged, after complaining, they did relocate us to a better, cleaner room. Hotel needs face-lift. I realize it's hard to maintain with it being close to the water and Holliday weekend, but seemed run down.

Location was right where it claimed . Pool was nice and clean.

1. Shower head was falling down, had to use the small hand ward to take shower 2. Bedroom area was so hot, had NO fans 3. Shower exhaust fan was NOT working 4. Chain lock on front door wasn't locking right 5. Room was supposed to be facing the beach and not the green water pool 6. Couch bed was broken so we were not able to use it in order to still cool in the living area 7. NO light in the clothes area 8. NO bench in the bathroom area to sit on in the shower or to put clean clothes on while showering 9. NO A/C IN BEDROOM 10. Pool was GREEN unable to get into until it was clean the afternoon we were leaving the next day which was Saturday 8-30-25.

Beach Great, access to the beach was also great location from the room.

Check in was a breeze. We were very upset we did not receive any bathroom toiletries such as hand soap, body wash/shampoo, towels or hand towels. We had to ask for everything when usually those items are already in the room upon arrival. Pool view was very misleading. You cannot enter your room from the first floor back door only the front door, kind of defeats the purpose of getting a balcony/pool view room. Room was very small and looked better in the pictures. Sadly we will not be returning again. Parking was not included in the price, was $5 and parking pass does not cover any liabilities but forced to purchase it anyways.

Pool and beach access were awesome. Location is great, near lots of stuff. Breakfast was good as well.

The room wasn’t clean yet and I was allowed to check in. There were dead roaches in the room. We had to wait outside standing while the room was cleaned. No elevator for my mom , she can barely walk much less climb a flight of stairs. Breakfast was a joke. Coffee was lighter than apple juice, the juice machine was out of order. Only drinks available were Hawaiian Punch & a Blue Typhoon Drink, ( not idea for breakfast). Very plain meal.

I liked the fact that the beach was walking distance.

Staff didn't want to help customers or provide feedback.. Lack of communication about the hotel .. Inside building was really hot walking throughout all hall ways .. My booking stated 2 room with 2 bed , I received 2 beds in a small room .. My room didn't have complimentary items that are supposed to be provided.. no towels, no soap , no toilet papers ; I had to self ask for everything ..

The room was not furnished (towel, washcloth, sample soaps etc), bed was unstable. For the price I expected more. Being on the beach should not negate the common aspects of a hotel.

Right on the beach, Staff was great, free breakfast tho was underwhelming it was free.

The place was very run down. Old furniture and needs maintenance. The stairway to the rooms were dark and dirty. Our room was ok but the sheets were stained and the curtains looked they have been there since like 1995. The ceiling in the bathroom was caving in and it smelled like urine. Shower needed to be cleaned bottom of shower felt soft like it was eventually going to break in. There was no towels in our bathroom. Our door to our room didn’t lock we had to try shutting it over and over to get it to lock when we would leave. There wasn’t very much variety for breakfast and we went early to be sure we could eat.

The only thing I liked was that the beach was right next to it.

The a/c was not working. They literally lend us some fans to use and even like that it was very hot. No towels and if you asked for some, they would put a face. Also, the bed had like a sink hole, and it was very not confrontable to sleep.

Our room was absolutely disgusting. Random places on the walls painted a different color, mold on the pillow cases, part of the ceiling in the room was falling apart. The bathroom was so gross I didn’t want to sit clean or dirty clothes anywhere. The TV didn’t work. Their breakfast was stale cereal, waffles, and was supposed to be fresh fruit but there was no fresh fruit. The juice machine was down. They do not have an ice machine for you to go get ice. The pool filters was not working, so the water was super green. The lock on our room was going the wrong way. The back door you have to throw all of your buddy into the door for it to even open. Our place was the only room with a broken fence. The people staring right next to us was staring in a room that looked half way decent and not gross.

Water in shower not too hot. Rooms looked outdated, paint chipped, carpets looked old, ice machines broken, breakfast only consisted of waffles and cereal. Pastries were old, no yogurt or fresh fruit. Had to pay for parking.

The room had no towels, soap or anything and when I called to get towels we had to go get them. The door to the balcony didn't stay closed so it stayed open all night.

Bed was not comfortable, shower water pressure slow to change so got hot quickly and slow to get to warm or cool setting, ice machine broken, bathroom does not have proper ventilation so had too leave bathroom door partially open. This is why bathtub floor had some dark areas (probably mold).

The hotel room wasn't cooling, smelled like old water. Beach access was ok but the beach was very ugly it wasn't enjoyable. Only got to enjoy the pool.

I think if y’all got rid of the carpets, and changed the paint color in the rooms it would go a long way. The AC was not the best and if y’all had tile it would help with how humid the whole building was. plus the yellow in the rooms is just over bearing, y’all could maybe keep one as a accent color and paint the others a more neutral color. The hallways were hot and muggy, if y’all put maybe a fan in the hallway or were able to get air circulating a bit better. It would make a big difference.

It gets the job done, if you need a bed and a place to shower go here. However it is more so a motel then hotel, it’s not by any means a luxury stay. the shower was good, water pressure was good.
