I arrived very late, roughly 1am, due to a delayed flight and could not check in. It was very challenging to get a hold of a staff person. The instructions they left were to call the laundry clerk. I called 6 times and no answer. I walked around the hallways looking for staff or the laundry room. I knocked on the laundry room door and still no answer. When I returned downstairs the woman finally appeared. I did eventually get into my room at 2:15am. The room was outdated but clean with a bed that did not have too stable a bed frame.

The location was good and the bed was moderately comfortable.

The security lock on the door was broken and I was on the first floor at the back of the building so it felt a little unsafe. The AC was dodgy and was not consistent if it wanted to blow cold air. The space felt heavily used. It meet my need to sleep but I left before 6am just to get out of there.

I like that it was close to some shops and food options.

It was super loud from the bugs outside to people. It was like the window or door were completely open. You could even hear it all over the tv. The parking was a hassle and they had run out of parking passes for the garage was just hoping my car wasn't towed.

The parking was a challenge with the Chick-fil-A traffic sharing the same entrance and exit for the hotel. Also the bed was very uncomfortable in room 101.

Location and proximity to shopping, restaurants, parks, etc. located right next to a hidden gem called Hidden Hollow. Nice little walking trail with parleys creek running through it.

Two plastic cups and that was all we had in our room.

We only stayed one night, not two. We had 2 plastic cups in our room. No other kitchen utensils, nothing! No coffee maker. No supplies. We had to leave our room the next morning to get coffee/hot chocolate. That's just wrong. We should be able to stay in our room for coffee and ot hot chocolate.

This is not a very "normal" hotel like you'd expect of a normal chain hotel. It's pretty industrial. The room was OK, minor problems like leaky faucet and shower (we reported those). If anything says there's a "breakfast" it's not true. But the coffee was good. Selection of 3 packaged items.

Good location, next to a walking path too. The room was clean, although a bit smelly.

Trash was not emptied in the kitchen Beer in the fridge along with jug of water. No trash bin in the bathroom, toilet paper dispenser was broken so it kept filling in the floor, air vent in the bathroom was filled with dust and grime Kitchen counter molding was stapled on Bathroom sink had stains

The bathtub faucet was running water all night. I shut it off as tight as possible, but it soaked towels and was like Chinese water torture through the night. The furnace and fridge were noisy.

The bathroom was in total disrepair. The sink was old and dilapidated, with cigarette burns, chips and stains. The bath tub was disgustingly - with mildew all around the caulking,and the inside of it was so dirty that I had to purchase some bleach cleaner to scrub it with before I even dared to take a shower. I wish I had taken a picture of before and after. Although I do have a photo of the cleaner. The room itself was very dated, the mattress was so uncomfortable that I slept across the bottom of the bed.

Had lots of dodgy people around, didn't feel very safe, we got woken up by some homeless women knocking on our door, although once called staff did immediately come to remove her, but the way the hotels set out dodgy people can get to your front door more easily than I'd like

No coffee in room, no coffee in lobby after 9:30, lady when we got there was really nice but the next morning the office help was very rude and a housekeeper.

The staff was unfriendly and not helpful when asked for help. The shower was dangerously slippery! We put a towel down in the shower for safer footing. The room was clean but very dated. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner if you like your hair. The available shampoo/conditioner combo was horrible. My hair was a tangled mess. The "breakfast" options are coffee, granola bars and tiny muffins!! NOT breakfast!! There aren't any smart charging options in the room, only standard plugs. No maid service unless you stay for >2 weeks. We heard way too much noise from the room upstairs! Sounded like Clydesdales were up there!! Just all in all, way too expensive for what we got!! We will NOT stay here again.

The bathtub caulking was super gross and cracked.. TV choices could be better.. Wifi TV would be cool.. We are oldish and don't watch phones

We stay here a couple times a year.. Love the location for bringing our dog.. The staff isn't usually very nice.. But we like the location.. The last stay a new lady checked us in.. She was amazing!! Very kind and welcoming to us and our dog.
