Very thin walls, can hear everything! Location is not safe to go out at night. Parts of the hotel looked nice while other parts appeared to be in the process of renovation.

Shower head no matter what it poured out to the floor had to put towels so I didn’t fall. Hallway and common area smelled like pot and weed.

The location is right next to the highway. They were going through construction so it was hot and loud at times.

Paint overhead of the bed was peeling , carpet floor wet... The person at the counter said that "they had just gone through a storm"!!! We also live in Florida so we knew a little more about the truth behind that statement.. other people staying there for over a month, said "that it's been like this, since we've been here"!? They are doing some construction work & trying to update the facility... The pool was green, The guy at the desk said that the pump "just went out and nobody could use it until they had it had a company come out and look at it..." Again a lady staying there in the building for some time so it's been like that the whole time, Apple does not turn that green in that little of time. There were no microwaves in any room to heat up food, The guy at the desk also said they just took out the microwaves of all the rooms but feel free to use the one in the lobby.

The staff was more than friendly and accommodating when we had to move to a different room...

They were jack hammers in the hall 2 doors down from us very loud. It was not noted on your site that they were doing any construction. Location gave me concern.

Upon check-in, we witnessed a security guard having a scuffle with someone and requesting that the police be called. Also, the air conditioning was out in the lobby, while it did not hamper my stay, it did give the initial impression of "Oh, crap! Do these people really consider the upkeep of their facility?" However, I will also state that they did have large temporary units in the lobby, although only one was running at any time I was there. Another thing we disliked about our stay was that we wished that the breakfast had more options and that we could have taken it back to our room to eat.

Breakfast could’ve been a bit better, I didn’t really care for it. The property seems to have a homeless people problem outside, they hang around the back of the property, but with the security there at night, it really wasn’t much of a problem for us!

Terrible location, large homeless population. People wandering. Staff was quick to make them leave, but we didn’t necessarily feel safe. The whole hotel smelled like weed.

Staff was friendly, pool was nice, rooms seemed clean, limited breakfast options but the food was good. Our shuttle was on time and nice and accommodated all 17 of us. Our driver was nice, explained things well and got us to and from our destination safely.

The area is not good at all. A lot of loitering after dark. I wouldn't go to any convenience store within a mile of this hotel.

The front desk staff were very nice and efficient! I love having 24 hour access to snacks and beverages. Nighttime security made us feel safer.

The water in the bathtub dis not drain well.
