Tub faucet dripped all night. Blood stains on the curtains. I checked out a day early and mentioned the issues to the staff. I was disappointed that there was no offer for even a partial refund. I think that is definitely an issue that could have been made into a big deal and I was very nice about it.

The pool was a little bit of a disappointment it lacked any kind of decoration or inviting interior

We sat and watched the traffic on the cute little patio and enjoyed a bite to eat from the many restaurants surrounding the hotel

The bed was dirty, the room smelled like mold. There was black mold in the corners, the culk was yellow and stained in the bathroom over all dirty and gross

The property appeared to be family owned and we felt they took great pride in it. Room was very clean, breakfast was excellent, and location was great for shopping at the outlet mall and flea markets nearby.

Industrial location, staff not particularly accommodating as very reluctant to provide extra towels, even though there were only two towels but three of us in the way

Our keycards didn’t work. Had to have the front desk open the door every time we needed to enter our room. I found a dead bug on the bed frame which means that part of the bed is not touched.

The place was a bit older. While clean didnt seem as comfortable as it could be. The matteress was a bit to uncomfortable and stiff. Other than that everyhing was good

I needed a place to sleep from working an overnight shift and needed to get some sleep between my next shift. When I explained this to the front desk staff she placed me in a area further away from most guests so that it would be more quiet. I was very appreciative of this.

Nothing as soon as I got out of my car there was six Mexicans sitting outside the whole hotel was for Mexicans and illegal immigrants I do not recommend it unless you're in illegal immigrant

I booked a better Hotel and they sent me there I got robbed for a one-night stay because it was so nasty I wouldn't stay the first night they charged me anyway unless you speak Mexican or european or South American you will not be happy there

Dirty, smells marijuana. Old bathroom equipment. Expensive. Area around the hotel is depressing. Not recommended for families.

The bed frame made too much noise. The room was not cleaned we had to go down and get clean towels for the next day. No Bacon or wheat bread on the breakfast bar.

The check in was good. The pool was clean. The mattress was very comfortable.

From 2 am until 4 30 am, neighboring people, in other room, yelled, screamed, threw objects, and licked someone out of room. Door pounding. Etc I am a patient and flexible mom to 5 children, including a special needs child. Yet I actually was at my breaking point , frustrated, and sincerely frightened for my safety . I finally called front desk to let them know…they were aware and attempting to stop the utter chaos. I asked for refund the next morning, and the front desk kindly explained she could not refund, as I booked via a third party. She/front desk apologized, and told me to call next time I am in town .
