How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

Front desk lady was very rude. Since we booked it with booking.com she said we wouldn't get an invoice from the hotel because it was third party booking. The manager asked me in a very loud voice WHY would you do that? I asked him do what? He then said WHY would you use booking.com, just why would you use them? uh, because it is convenient for me and I've never had a problem using it until now. I just had to walk away from their rudeness!
Rooms were very nice and clean. The breakfast was really good.

The noise from outside and inside along the hallway and such this, continued until after midnight or more making it inconvenient to rest and sleep it seems others do not have much respect or common sense for the dignity of others but in today's world or society just have to deal with it...
Being on the ground floor it was very convenient to the room and breakfast area the food was great everything was perfect with the room and parking was also convenient

Only complaint was the mattresses were too firm so I didn’t sleep well.
Hotel was right off the highway. Staff was kind and courteous. Breakfast was good.

Construction, but that's okay, just Improving the Visitor Experience !!
Clean facilities, Construction. Exceptional Desk (personal services). Decent Continental Breakfast (Cold Omelettes). Very nice Staff. Central to our visit in Town. Will return whenever we re-visit. !!

The pool heater was broken, so the pool was freezing. There was a note under our door when we arrived from the guest across the hall asking to sell him weed was a bit unexpected. We just laughed, threw it away, and went on about our day.
The staff was nice, the facilities clean, the breakfast was adequate.

The facility is showing it’s age and needs an up lift.

This is not a review of the motel but of booking.com. The room was not really handicapped accessible as we had requested, Best we can tell is that this request was not forwarded to the hotel by booking.com. This is not the first time this has happened and I have decided that I shall no longer use booking.com

Not having wifi is a severe problem, especially when there is no technical support to call, even for the staff on duty. Also, for anyone under at least 5'5" the bed is too high to get onto at all easily. Fortunately, I travel with a protable step stool so was able to retrieve it from my trunk. I'm 5'1" and I wish when hotels are refurbished or new that they wouldn't be set up with super high beds, suitable only for fairly tall people.
On the plus side, welcome was warm and efficient, so check in was easy. When the wifi didn't work, the staff person did everything she could do to get it up and running, but to no avail. The room was large and well appointed, very clean. Lots of disabled parking in the front of the hotel and the room was very close to the lobby and the pool. As an aside, I'd highly recommend Lucille's Roadhouse for dinner.

I wasn't traveling with my dog this time, but Comfort Inn's are usually pet friendly & this one is not.
The biscuits & gravy were good. The hard cooked fried eggs were not. They should have done scrambled.
