It wasn’t clean, run down, smelled like marijuana constantly, the continental breakfast was a joke, rooms weren’t clean, door to room didn’t close all the way, house keeping never came by there’s so much more…

Only good thing about the property is that it’s located by major highways

Our room was in poor condition and the staff didn’t seem to care. TV didn’t work, sinks drained slowly and shower head leaked so badly the filoor was covered in water.

The office location was not easily recognizable. The temporary parking available during check in was very poor. Parking was ridiculous. Only one ingress/egress to the building meant that parking was only convenient for those lucky enough to grab a parking space immediately in front of the door. Anyone who was forced to park on the back side of the building would be forced to walk all the way around the large building -- probably hauling luggage -- in order to enter. The breakfast food offered was very skimpy. The electrical outlets in the room were very loose. Anything plugged into any of the outlets would sag, making the ability to charge electronics very hit and miss.

The price was resonable.

Breakfast and little towels! Staff also barged in to the room while we were napping. No knock or anything. Just opened door without warning!!!

The coffee was great, but there were three packs of oatmeal on a stand and you call that breakfast. Very interesting.

The room was dirty ,The water pressure was bad. It was loud all night long with people coming and going , and literally had people knocking on my door throughout the night and even had some try to enter the room at one point.

The front desk was very hospitable.

I didn't like the fact that they barely clean the toilet, and no curtains in the shower, and the neighbors were too noisy it keep me up all night. Had to checkout early coz Im done with the place.

There was food in the kitchen sink, there was soap and bubbles in the bathtub, and there was spilled food or drink on the dresser, the shower head was squirting water from the top onto the wall.

I did not like the way I was treated regarding my service dog. Extended Stay America promotes itself as “pet friendly,” but my dog is not just a pet — she is trained to assist me with my PTSD by clearing rooms and alerting me when it is safe. After one incident where she briefly slipped out without a leash, I assured management that she was under control, and there were no further issues. Instead of showing understanding or respect, I was made to feel unwelcome and ultimately asked to leave. This was not only deeply disrespectful, but also discriminatory and out of line with federal and state laws protecting service animals.

The location, being it was directly across the street from my job. Took 1 minute to walk to work.

The door to the room was jammed bad. The bed was full of bed bugs. And it was not too clean.. I was bit up pretty good with welts and bumps. We took a video of all this. I asked for a refund and the clerk gave it to me after much disagreement. Then I found out I'm banned from all the extended stay hotels ...wow I have video of all this

1. two of the three keys issued didn’t work 2. our room was at the other end of the building, but the key lock there was broken. We always needed a person to stay by the door when unloading and reloading the cars or risk having to go the long way around. 3. even though we booked for 5 people, there was no additional bedding for the pull out in the room and we had to get it from the front desk 4. the sheet on the pullout bed was DISGUSTINGLY 5. there was a huge spider in the shower 6. the toilet didn’t flush properly 7. in the early morning we saw cockroaches Avoid this place!

The highlight of the experience was Antone at the front desk when we checked in. He was friendly and patient, with a smile on his face. He is an asset to this place and would be to any place. 1.

Making lots of noise and nasty smelling pot and sting insence I've encountered. Even the smell of pot at the front desk. Employees use pot.
