It could have been cleaner. Other people's hair was in the room, and the sink came with a large stain.

The overall room needed an upgrade. It was showing some wear and tear.

That the young lady screaming, you go to get out by 1pm. There's nobody staying. These were bad times. I would have appreciated a little more professional.

Prepaid for the room, placing a $100 deposit (unwillingly) at check-in that will not be returned for a week according to the sign in the lobby is NOT what I expected. I am an older white man travelling alone and I did not feel welcome at the facility. The reason for my stay was to visit my family following 2 deaths in the family this week, just needed a place to rest while not inconveniencing family members.

my exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work TV had to turn on manually and the water kept getting cold while I was taking my shower I had to keep turning the knob to hotter

Rooms could use some updating. Toilet seat was very loose. Tub faucet leaked and drain was slow. Some of the Kitchen cabinets were missing trim. Didn't affect the use of them but wasn't aesthetically appealing.
When I went in the morning for coffee The only thing I saw there was coffee, tea and hot cocoa. No food items were there that I saw.

I wasn't a fan of having to pay a deposit to stay at the hotel here. The bathroom curtain looked dirty and like it had mold on it. When I got there, there was no one at the desk and had to wait for like 10 minutes.

The hotel was pet friendly and smelled of pet urine. The room was heavily deodorized so didn't smell but the hallways and elevator smelled bad. I've never had an experience like that. It taught me to check when I book a hotel in the future to find out if it's pet friendly. I wouldn't say paying $104 a night would result in a urine smelling hotel. The breakfast was non existent except for coffee and tea and a couple random muffins. Very disappointment especially with the breakfast you get at other hotels.
The bed was clean and comfortable. I would have enjoyed a little bit heavier blanket than what came on the bed. The location was good to where the wedding was located.

Old. Somewhat rundown. Bathroom was dangerous. No grab bars anywhere making getting in and out of the tub for a shower very difficult for an order person. No rugs. Making the chances of an injury upon fall much more likely.

misplaced my phone and one of your quest in room 101 have and did not return to front desk. I'm still waiting for the front desk to contact quest in room 101 to return my phone.
front desk staff had great customer service skills. one problem i misplaced my phone on premises. i located after leaving with find my phone, it stated my phone is in room 101. waiting for front desk staff Toron to locate from desk and return to me.

I did not like or enjoy the so-called complementary breakfast. The only thing decent was the coffee. If they ran out of coffee, then that was it!! There were only hot oatmeal, muffins, or granola bars, no fresh fruit, no cereal, or anything like that. The doors constantly kept slamming, not many outlets for plugs. No access to complimentary body wash or shower caps. No dish detergent to wash dishes.
I LOVED the shower!! The hot water was on point. The only thing was the leaking of the shower until I finally got it down packed, but once I did, I was in heaven. The distance to other outings and stores was okay. If you had access to a car or you didn't mind catching a bus or uber/lyft. I would stay again but definitely pack more food and other items for the stay.
