The evening clerk doesn’t seem like she likes her job. Body language and facial expressions are important within customer service. I think this is second shift because the over night lady was extremely kind during my check out. I can’t stay the same about the second shift young lady.

The pillows and bed were very uncomfortable and the hot water kept going cold after only a couple of minutes in the shower

Our bathroom was covered with black hair . Bed pillows were the size of throw pillows not regular pillows.

There was hair (not 1 strand but about 7-8) on the sheets when I pulled back the comforter. And the flat sheet looked like someone just pulled it up from sleeping on it. I contacted the front office and we were switched to a different room.

The office manager credited us I think $25 to our account. I really Appreciated that.

I didn’t like how I was misled that there was a pool. However, there was a swimming pool but it was not operable at the time and I was not informed until after we had checked in. I would have preferred to be informed when I inquired before booking the reservations!!

The property was clean and the staff was friendly. I like the breakfast and the popcorn snacks they had in the lobby each day. The location is in close proximity to lots of restaurants, movie cinema, shopping centers, etc.

First room i was assigned to had dirty towel hanging from shower rod. Also the room smelt musty. Ceiling was turning black( pretty sure it was mold). The second room we were in was better but all the furniture was in bad shape.

The night shift staff was extremely rude and unwelcoming. The facility was disgusting and could use a very thorough cleaning. There was black mold on the ceiling tiles, animal hair on our sheets, and ANTS in the bed. There was also food on our room floor and bed skirts. We will never visit this hotel again or recommend it to anyone. So after this review I received an email from hotel GM MONICA HUBBARD. I'm extremely appreciative the life learned lesson from her to always take pictures, before posting so other customers will believe you. And read reviews before staying!

The hotel was in a convenient location near stores, restaurants, and the interstate. The area seemed safe and quiet.

I made reservations for my father and myself for my son’s AAU basketball tournament. After the games we made our way to the hotel only to be told we didn’t have a reservation even after showing the front desk clerk the confirmation number. No manager was around to talk to to try to fix the situation but crazy part is the hotel tried to charge my card a few times for both rooms. Even if the lady did find our reservations there was only one room available.

We were in town for a funeral. Not an old person. My nephew, 21 years old. I booked this hotel to bring his sister and cousins over to swim and attempt to get their minds off things. 1. Every single kid that swam developed green swamp like diarrhea, the same color of the pool. I had assumed it was green due to nearby tree foliage falling in. No. It was nasty swamp water. 2. The air conditioning didn't work. So we were moved to another room. 3. That evening upon taking a shower baby cockroaches were discovered. Because it was late we opted to sleep and not bring our belongings inside the residence until it could be washed. 3. When my daughter woke up she was covered with bite we hope aren't bed bugs. 4. The second rooms blow dryer was broken making us late to my sister's son's funeral.

Everything was raggedy. I'm not exaggerating. The wall sockets were too loose, and I couldn't plug in my devices there. I used outlets in the lamps. The wood furniture was chipped and worn down. The carpet was starting to unravel, and there was a big ink stain between the beds. Saw a stain on one of the lampshades. The phone was falling apart and didn't work when we tried to call the front desk. The clock was also falling apart. The elevator would make a scraping sound and shake/bounce once it stopped at a floor. Breakfast was like a solid 5/10. It's like everything in there was old as hell. I should have taken pics. I wouldn't stay here again.

The beds were comfy (though I found a hair in it that wasn't mine) and the air conditioner worked great. It was clean for the most part.
