Location

Our room had carpet beetles sheets and towels were dirty we switched rooms and second room was much cleaner to where we felt comfortable to stay.

We were there 3 days and no housekeeping came . They had us bring our dirty linens to the desk and grab them .

The tub dirty , AC had mold and dirty . Tub had mold and dirt stains in tub . Wifii horrific and TV was useless

Great location, staff was very accommodating and helpful, room was very clean, even the breakfast was delicious!

Trouble with the keycards. They would often not work and the front desk would have to fix it. They always did and was not a major issue.

The staff was not helpful. I was placed in a room where the smoke alarm went off for 2 hours. There wasn't an ironing board, or remote for the television. The room was not cleaned properly.

The location was convenient

The cleanliness… There was trash left in the refrigerator, there was trash left under the pullout couch, and we killed two cockroaches in the bathroom, the pullout couch also had stains all over the sheet that was on it and hairs, presumably from genitalia

That the floor we stayed on smelled like marijana for 2 nights and I went to the front desk to advise them and they just gave me Lysol spray.

The staff was extremely helpful and the rooms was clean and everything was pleasant and relaxing

The pool hours would have loved to swim late night

I like the idea our rooms were ready. We didn’t have to wait long. We had a great time with Jasmine. She made my family and I feel welcome. She answered all our questions. Jasmine also made sure the room keys were working properly. She needs to be promoted. She gets 5 star ⭐️.

What I didn’t like the lobby wasn’t the clean when I was staying there for a few days. It was tracking footprints when outside works and people coming in. The lobby and elevator needed to be cleaned. The laundry room also not clean. The sweep the dirty floor and left it on the rug next to the laundry room. The workers were not in uniform appropriate uniforms. I was not happy for the breakfast. I wasn’t much to choose from. It didn’t met my standards. They need to work on that.

I wanted to provide some feedback regarding my recent stay. When we arrived, we were unable to access our room, which was frustrating. We had to leave for Family Day due to my son being in the Army, and upon our return, we noticed that housekeeping had not cleaned our room. We also requested small towels, but the front desk informed us there were no more available. Additionally, the remote control in our room was missing its back cover, and several electrical outlets were not working properly. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations, and I hope these concerns can be addressed to improve the quality of service for future guests.

The staff is friendly an very curious they actually listen an pay attention to you. If you need anything they are there to help you out with a smiling face

The staff is very friendly. The pool is small and too cold but it was a fun little activity for my kids. The breakfast is decent. Beds are comfy. Rooms and halls are clean. Rooms are big.

Its in an awful location. They let the homeless and sex workers over run that place. At night the lobby is full of homeless. And during the day the homeless are in and out. We went to smoke a cigarette at 3am and sex workers and homeless where all in the first floor and parking lot. Its a nice deed to let the homeless use the facility. But I was there with kids. And very uncomfortable with the environment the staff allowed.
