That the floor we stayed on smelled like marijana for 2 nights and I went to the front desk to advise them and they just gave me Lysol spray.

Its in an awful location. They let the homeless and sex workers over run that place. At night the lobby is full of homeless. And during the day the homeless are in and out. We went to smoke a cigarette at 3am and sex workers and homeless where all in the first floor and parking lot. Its a nice deed to let the homeless use the facility. But I was there with kids. And very uncomfortable with the environment the staff allowed.

The staff is very friendly. The pool is small and too cold but it was a fun little activity for my kids. The breakfast is decent. Beds are comfy. Rooms and halls are clean. Rooms are big.

I didn't like that we couldn't get in the pool because of the strong chlorine smell and it was a used rag left hung on the shower that wasn't ours

Needs some updating. People prop open side and back doors with rugs. This is a safety and security issue. I removed the rug once and when I came back, it was back in there. As a woman, this did not make me feel safe. This allows anyone to enter the hotel.

The pool was freezing and not circulating. The bathtub stopper didn't work, which made it difficult for a child who hates showers. The hair dryer was broken. The TV, you could only watch every other channel because the remote would skip every other channel.

The bed was comfortable, and the staff were friendly. We felt safe.

Check in was easy, staff was nice. Breakfast was included… food wasn’t that good, the man handling the food looked dirty, butt crack hanging out. Never washed tables, every table had leftover food. We didn’t even eat anything the 2nd day. Other than that everything was nice. Was happy shampoo n conditioner n lotion was in bathroom, must bring soap n toothpaste.

Hotel was decent and clean. However, the floor in my room had not been cleaned. I found a broken acrylic nail and food residue on the floor and I can’t imagine how filthy the carpet must be, probably hasn’t shampooed in years. The pool was very cold, the front desk guy told me the heater was broken. My kids could only stand the cold water for 30 minutes before they were freezing. There were no pool towels readily available and the pool bathroom was filthy, there was a random round table in the bathroom as well. I don’t believe they have any intention of fixing the pool. It looked like they completely neglected the pool area all together which is said because that’s apart of what attracts you to book, it should at least be maintained and functional. Breakfast was decent, great options but the preparation of the sausage and eggs did not look appetizing. The sausage was settling in a pool of water and so were the eggs. The waffles, toast and coffee were exceptional.

I liked the property, it had an indoor pool and included breakfast. Also close to everything you need.

This property in particular, in comparison to some of their other locations, does need some updating. The handicap bathrooms are nice and roomy. But, so far at this particular location I’ve only had a small bathtub/shower. It’s more difficult to step in and out of than a roll in shower. Also, the heat and air system was not working in our room. From the caked on dust I saw on the vent it probably hasn’t been maintained properly. As in changing air filters, etc.

I’ve found through trial and error that Comfort Inn and Suites offers the best wheelchair accessible rooms.

There was a pool that wasn’t heated, our room was super dirty, stains on the floor, toilet wouldn’t flush, writing on walls, mattresses were very stained. The staff did accommodate us after a complaint of the room being gross, and switched us to a different room. The whole hotel also smelled like weed and cigarettes.

The convince of location was great.

We stayed in a handicap room. Although the bed was comfortable it sits very low to the ground, making it difficult to get out of. The bathroom doesn’t have enough counter space. The shower in the bathroom had such low water pressure it was difficult to rinse the soap and shampoo from your body. And, to top it all off, when we pulled the sofa bed open it had a dirty sheet still on it with dirty tissues crumpled up in it as well.

We requested and got a wheelchair accessible room. We liked the roominess and the bed was comfortable.
