The breakfast could use improvements. There was no yogurt. Eggs and sausage were not hot. Sausage gravy was congealed. Orange juice was watery.

We were very happy with our stay, everything was great!!! But I think I may have been confused and rated your hotel with the one we stayed at in Fort Wayne, which was also nice except for the layout, the problem with Fort Wayne was there was only 6” between the bed and the air conditioner and because the window treatment pulls were on the wrong side, I had to climb on the bed to close the blinds.

Nice variety, food was hot, coffee was excellent and very neat and clean.

The curtains on the window had food, or something on them. A pillow in a drawer had drool stains on it. We were at the end near an exit. Every time someone let it shut, it rattled our door and I thought someone was trying to come in.

Good location, although didn’t know you could hear the train, and it’s on a busy road.

I didn't like the fact that one of the front desk attendants was NOT available when we needed her assistance regarding an accident at the indoor pool. My father cut himself on the pool ladder and we could not find anyone to provide bandages or a method of cleaning the wound. We had to run up to our room, soaking wet, to get bandages and Neosporin for the wound. The front desk attendant I am referring to is African American, with glasses. I do not know her name. Even after ringing the bell at the desk, no one came to help us.

This is a very nice property with a modern feel to it. The location is convenient and the breakfast provided was adequate.

The breakfast was just adequate. The eggs in particular were hard lumps and there was not a choice of side meats.... link sausage or nothing.

The motel was clean, comfortable, spacious and quiet. All of the rooms systems worked as they should have.

We stayed in a room for the disabled, I was not disabled when I arrived but due to the mattress I was when we left.

Our room had a connecting door with no soundproofing. The visitor on the other side played their TV loudly all night. I stuffed pillows around the bottom of the door to try to dampen the sound. I finally fell asleep about 3am and the TV was still on when I got up at 8. It was turned off when I returned from breakfast. It was not loud in the hallway, just in my room. It was loud enough to hear and understand the dialogue of the TV shows.

The room was spacious and breakfast was good.

The timer on the waffle machine did not work correctly. The fan and air would not stay on during the night. It got too warm in the room.

Convenient, we h.Ave stayed here before and liked it but I was charged an extra 50 for my dogs and I thought I paid that online
