The restroom was dirty,tub/shower had visible mold and tub was dirty.Top sheet on bed had stains as well as comforter.Manger on duty upon check-in could not get payment approved even after showing him my bank had posted payment to establishment,was made to call bank after manger resubmitted payment 3 times without my authorization,but my bank straighten the problem out.Overall would not recommend due simply to room being dirty,bedding being dirty as if not changed between visits...

the bathroom was filthy! I sprayed Clorox cleaner from top to bottom of the shower, waited 10minutes, scrubbed and cleaned it back to usable!

The room smelled bad, you could see that the door had been pryed open at one point, there was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. And a lady, Ann, who lives in room 121 has 2 dogs and I was walking around the building with my grandson and the dogs came flying out of her door and bit him, didn't break the skin but left welts on his hands and arms. Went to the front desk and was told he didn't know who it could have been. The staff the next morning told me her name and also told me the dogs were supposed to be leashed. We will take this further if we have to.

The coffee machine was broken, that's all we wanted.

Breakfast minimal choices. Decided not to eat there. Lightning in bathroom looked dangerous. Room was very worn out.

Musty smell, front door difficult to shut, had to slam! Ants in doorway, two flies occupied room, I should have charged them rent! Furniture frayed and chipped. Refrig needs defrosting, painting peeling in corner, hole in ceiling near window, walls disgusting in bathroom. Noise from kids running in upper hallway, noise from traffic. Driveway and parking lot needs potholes repaired and then re-paved. Not a pleasant stay, not a relaxing stay!

Room was dirty tub not cleaned and previous guest items in room. Staff wasn’t helpful when I was trying to speak on my issues he said there is nothing we can do to compensate or make it right for you the manager will not be here this weekend after paying 200 for two nights I have pictures of bugs in bed etc and no one cares even emailed the manager and gif no feedback

Like the breakfast and like that it was a pool available as well as easy access to room and lobby when needed . Like the location as well very close to interstate

The facility is old and not kept up. There was no mirror above the sink in the bathroom. I was told AFTER I paid my two nights that each pet is $15/day. These are emotional support animals. Told the front desk that this is false advertising and I that I would give them a bad review. The clerk said he won’t check me in if I do that. NEVER AGAIN!! The carpet was dirty and stained. Clearly there was pee on the rugs which they are able to sniff.

The location off 95 was convenient. There was a MUCH new, cleaner Holiday Inn.

Besides breakfast, the key cards were very difficult to use. We had to go get new keys a few times. We were not the only ones having problems with the keys. Perhaps if the doors weren't damaged as if they had been broken into (multiple times), there would not have been a problem. Owners of this property are not taking pride in their establishment and boy does it show! Through no fault of her own, the housekeeper entered our room early in the morning to clean because we were on the list as having left - though we had another day. Another reason we had to straighten out the front desk.

I was extremely disappointed in breakfast. The only protein available were tiny cups of yogurt - no eggs, no bacon, no sausage...seems obvious that the facility was absolutely cutting corners one would usually expect.

Our bathroom smelled VERY strongly of weed. Really needs deodorizing! We left the door closed and fan on and it was tolerable but the bathroom itself stunk! That for us was really the only bad thing. Price was reasonable, location was great, staff was polite.

The room could have been cleaned better. There was dead roach on the bathroom floor. There was an empty baby formula can under the air conditioning unit and there were cobwebs with dead spiders over the bathroom mirror. All the hotel clerk did was apologize and say he will speak to the housekeeping staff. Luckily we were only staying for one night and we had just driven 3 hours to get there so we just kept our room for the night. Will not be staying there again. I have included a picture of the dead roach and the note on the mirror is a complete lie😠

The maids need to spend some extra time! Filter still full of the last guests coffee was a welcome surprise. The dead moth still hanging on the wall right above the size sticker of someone's new shirt just stuck on the wall. No sneaking out to get your roomies coffee in the morning being as the door has to be slammed in order to be closed.

We actually didn't stay at the Quality Inn even though we pre-paid for one night. The building is in terrible shape. The outdoor pool was some shade of green. The first floor rooms looked like they had local transients living there. Yuk! We went to a better hotel.
