We were VERY disappointed that the pool could not be used . We stay there because of the pool and room. Wished we had known about the pool when we made reservations. We were told it was on line that the pool was closed but it was not

A comfortable chair to watch TV would have been nice and a "brighter" look to the room would have made it look more welcoming and cleaner.

Very good options served from 6:30 to 9:3:0 am so no need to rush. Excellent air conditioning.

Small detail, but prefer liquid bath soap to bar soap.

Convenient, comfortable, pleasant staff made the stay even better. Appreciate the shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the shower, but especially the lotion dispenser by the sink. Make-up remover was a valuable product. Great job on the remodeling since our last visit!

Even though the rooms are non-smoking, non smokers are exposed to smoke every where outside.

They didn’t want to accommodate our family. My mother can’t walk and my mother in law is a senior citizen. I asked for this before booking. Also we told them once we got there.

We shared a wall with the ice machine, which other guests used at ridiculous hours (4-5 am) and woke us both up, because we thought someone had crashed their car, it was so loud in our room. It seems the hotel is undergoing renovations so I won't mention the room conditions. The floor was very dirty from the moment we walked in, like it had not been swept, let alone mopped, in a long while. There was glitter, dirt, unknown materials, and more dirt stuck to my feet, so much that when I stepped into the shower, I left a black footprint on the bottom of the bathtub. Yikes.

The staff were friendly and provided paper plates and plastic utensils upon request in the middle of the night. We very much appreciated it, as we tend to stay up late. The ice machine was very close to our room, too. The sheets and towels were clean, and the room was well stocked. We were also away from most other guests due to other rooms being renovated. Also, we found some snails outside at like, 2am, right outside the lobby in the landscaped areas next to the sidewalk, and it absolutely made our trip, as silly as it sounds. We never see snails in our state, so it was a special treat. I mention it because the landscaping drew the snails in, which is awesome.

It was close to a Main Street. Not far from the highways. Several fast food restaurants nearby. Just what I needed.

Rooms needed a little work, paint needed. Door did not seal well either. Air conditioning was not that cool either.

The property was pretty nice overall. The lobby and pool area were up to date. There was a nice Mexican restaurant near by.

the beds and pillows. so uncomfortable. I woke up with a migraine so bad from the poor pillows and mattress, that I was sick all morning. the elevators are very slow. the fact there’s only a couple for that entire hotel is crazy. Starbucks was out of everything all weekend. the pool was not clean and was actually pretty cloudy and slimy.
