Everything is extremely dated and worn out. The kitchenettes are dingy the tub and the sink are cracked and broken. The room was clean, but there was no bedding for the pullout couch. The bed was like an air mattress.

The two rooms I reserved and paid upfront were not what I got to begin with. I was told that the manager had changed them. Due to our large group we needed the biggest rooms so everyone had a bed to sleep in. Pull out couches did NOT have bedding. Front desk said that they do not provide bedding for it (but they count it as a bed) but did end up providing sheets and a blanket after all. Pull out couch bed also looked like it had been peed in a couple times. Otherwise the rooms appeared aged but clean. Site didn't report a security deposit but there is. Breakfast is only muffins, oatmeal ,and coffee.

Staff was somewhat helpful and the rooms were big.and the beds were comfy.

It's obviously a hotel people stay for work. I stayed here with my 3 young children for a weekend away from home. The first night I heard the people next door having sex. There were dead cockroaches 🪳 in the room. The chairs in the room were disgusting. I think because I mentioned to them I had to work that day they assumed I was staying there for work. I stayed in summer and had a way nicer room. It was honestly a bummer. All in all my kids were definitely loud and nobody complained, and it was fairly comfortable. The shower water pressure was laughable. Lol again dirt cheap in a nice area.

Smart ass blonde assistant manager,plus they had roaches the vending machines and laundry cost way to much and they keep a trash bin inside the building which is why they were big roaches

The inside needs some work. Furniture is dirty, carpet in halls smelled, the hair dryer made crackling noise when tried to use it, the sheets and white bed topper both had yellow stains. I feel they need more house cleaners or ones that will take pride in their work.

There is no way to enforce stopping smokers and lots of construction on units (until October) and their vehicles. On the first day, I just noticed a whiff of smoke. Then at lunch the next day I saw the man sitting on the breezeway steps smoking (when there are ashtrays on the first floor close to open air). The manager was gone that evening and I had to spend time in my car because it was so nasty in my room - obviously the man began smoking inside the unit below mine. The staff could only put notices on doors. In the morning when I left I saw the same man in the breezeway on the steps again (despite the notice) and asked him to stop. Finally that night was okay again.

How clean it was -the cleaning staff did an awesome job. The stove and cookware available was super. Also the front desk staff was as helpful as they could be given the circumstances. The breakfast was great (but could use some Cheerios or gluten-free cereal.)

The refrigerator in the room was very old and its engine kept working every 30 minutes for few minutes making annoying noises. Breakfast consisted of muffins, coffee and tea. No fresh milk was available.

The building was extremely dirty, smelly and old, and outdated. Halls had foul smells when walking in them ...And rooms had dirt and grim in them. The hotel is poorly kept up.

I don’t like the comfort of the bed. And the room had no cooking supplies or utensils. I had to ask for those items. The breakfast was take and go and it was ok oatmeal with no bowls are spoons. I guess I was suppose to drink the oatmeal.

The property definitely could use maintenance and updating. Entry in rear of the building was difficult because of loose door handle. Carpet in the hallways was ragged and mismatched. Sheets/blankets and pillows were not great quality.

Breakfast was grab and go as advertised. No bowls for oatmeal-used coffee cups. The price was good for the area. Did not feel unsafe.

Facility had no extra pillows, front desk clerk acted like checking me in was bothersome, bathroom door did not shut all the way. Chairs and furniture was stained, water was horrible tasting and would not get cold from the faucet, windows were dirty, hairs from previous guests were on the wall in the shower, usb port on lamp dis not work, tv did not work, a/c unit was very loud and rattled, and breakfast provided was laughable ( a couple muffins, granola bars, and bad coffee) . When I went to check out the desk clerk was chatting with other workers eating the guests "breakfast ", took a couple minutes to acknowledge that I was there, talked with her mouth full of food, and did not even check me out right away. One of the other workers asked if I needed a receipt, when I said no she took my room keys, laid them on the counter and said thanks.

Other than difficulty accessing the site it was a good area.

The manager is pretty unsympathetic and not pleasant or easy to talk to or speak to nor when he is speaking to others. very nonchalant and always seems mad or like something is wrong. the rest of the staff is nice and pleasant for the most part although there are some that aren’t so much plus you’re always hearing them talk about each other to other coworkers like none of them really care for each other. they do not have enough kitchen utensils and supplies to even offer you adequate supplies for the number of people you have staying with you and some of the items that are said to be available they don’t have enough of to even give you one at all. they all state different rules and policies to you in regards to various things and situations so you never know what’s really the truth or fact and then possibly end up being blind sided with something because you were told one thing so you went with that and did that when in fact it was/is something else and you end up getting reprimanded for it. matter of fact that’s exactly how the manager speaks to you regardless as though he is reprimanding you and like he is speaking down on you or to you and as though you’re a child. while the appearance of the hotel is nice from the outside looking in (which makes it perfect for short stays) but then from the inside you see a whole different atmosphere and vibe and such (which makes it uncomfortable and unpleasant for longer stays such as in me and my kids situation).

Side entrance door where we parked was not able to be opened as directed. Although the facility was only (as told to me, about 65% capacity), the room issued us was near the street and night and morning traffic was noisy. The refrigerator was very noisy. Sounded more like a generator going on and off all night. I also mentioned this to the staff on departing. I regret not going down to the office and requesting another room.

Appropriate for a quick coffee and snack. Enough room for guests.

Didn't like nothing about it! It was small dirty and didn't feel comfortable had to leave because I was that disappointed and uncomfortable 😖

Nothing I wind up coming home couldn't even stay to enjoy myself,it's supposed to be smoke free and it all stunk of cigarettes and weed!!

The staff, although very nice and accommodating, was never at the front desk. Had to wait 5-10 minutes for her to show up. Check-in was at 3, but when we arrived at 6 pm, our room still wasn't ready. We chose a room that fits 6 people, but the pull out is only twin size. Unless you have 2 small children, there's no way that room can hold 6 people. Sofa beds aren't comfortable to begin with, but this was caved in in the middle. The mattress had nasty stains on it. The sink in the kitchenette was backed up. There's no room for toiletries in the bathroom, not to mention it was filthy in there. The sink is coming off the wall. They shouldn't boast about an included breakfast because it's only hot drinks and granola bars. The hallways were littered with wrappers and garbage. Overall, the whole place was trashy and didn't meet our expectations. Not being able to accommodate 6 people in a room and not having a real breakfast is misleading. Those were 2 of my criteria and part of why we chose this hotel.
