Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesThere was no elevator. I am in my 70s with hip and leg issues and Afib. Having to walk up the stair with the luggage was very difficult. Because of not having an elevator, I was not even able to go down and enjoy the free breakfast.

United StatesNo staff on property only a kiosk to speak to someone on the other side of the world. Brown water came out of the bathroom shower faucet. Used soap in the bathroom. Hair clump on the shower tub. The toilet was loose. The formica counter in the bathroom was falling off. All gave the impression this room is not very clean. Never again will I book a hotel like this again!

United StatesThe shampoo dispenser in our room was empty - but I always bring my own anyway. Housekeeping did not stop at our room until requested - very frustrating to come back to the hotel after a long day and the garbage is still piled by the door and wet towels were never taken and replaced. The second floor vending machines were basically empty - 2 bags of chips and some dryer sheets/detergent. No ice on the second floor, or beverage vending machine.
The room was clean, smelled nice, and was well put together. The hotel itself was very clean too. The guy working in the lobby (missed his name) was great! He was very nice, all smiles, and super helpful when our TV had an issue. The location was great, right next to a Starbucks, Denny's, and gas station.

United StatesBathroom walls were moldy and paint was coming off of the tile in the Shower. There was rust under the shower curtian rod. The 2 double beds in my room one was dirty. I slept in the clean one. The facilites looked well taken care of the rooms need more attention.
The reservationist was helpful when I checked in. I had a cup of coffee and a yogurt. I was looking for protein there was none.
