Smell, bathroom sink was very slow, the refrigerator had a musty smell. You get what you pay for.

The hallways were particularlt musty. We didn't like the plastic under the bedsheets. It caused overheating at night and was uncomfortable.

Never had the breakfast. The location was good. We were visiting Fairview Park. It was good to have kitchen facilities.

Thursday night when I got off work, I came home to the hotel and 2 staff members tried to say they didn't have my I. D when I booked everything online? And I've been here for a few weeks instead of them calling me which he lied said he tried to call me. I put my phone on the table and said try it again. There's nothing wrong. He threatened to kick me out. He told me he was a manager when he wasn't. And then out of nowhere, two police cruisers poured up And the dog pound all because someone said my room was empty when the Maintenance for the water, try to come into my room. Someone overlooked and made a mistake and the Guy behind the counter kept blaming me Saying it was my fault because I didn't show my I. D when they had my I. D on file. No one tried to get ahold of me. He just immediately called the police to clear out my room and to impound my dog. He embarrassed me in front of other guests and other workers. He was being irrational and wouldn't even let me talk. Explain or try to even fix the problem. I kept asking him. What can we do to just fix this if all you needed was my I? D, let me fix this, then. He charge me. For my service dog. After I paid the fines and fees, he came up to my room. Privately, and to start it to apologize saying he made a mistake but it was already done and I was already embarrassed and he already charged me. I really didn't like how he handled it. Because someone overlooked my I d

The real manager spoke with me and helped me out. I was really happy with that outcome I only wish it would have been handled this way from the beginning. The only thing that happened was someone overlook my I. D and it was blown out of proportion from one of the guys at the desk. But the following morning the manager made me feel a lot better.

It needed some repairs. The security latch was broke. There was water damage and possible mold by the kitchen sink. There were a lot of stains on the floor.

The floor was not clean and it appeared that the person who vacuumed better things to do. Lots of little pieces of paper and dirt in the corners and under things. Room had an unusual odor which we eventually adjusted to but considered buying some air freshner the first day. Parking lot was very small and very crowded. If you came late, it was hard to find a parking spot anywhere near the entrance. As mentioned before, the building was old and rather drab and not very clean. We didn't spend much time in the room so didn't bother to move which I considered.

The hotel was old and might have been an apartment building at one time, so the room was like an apartment and had a full kitchen with an eat-in counter, full size stove and refrigerator and mircrowave. WiFi worked and was easy to access. There was a nice desk and sofa bed in the room. Room key worked (often they don't). No stairs which we requested and there was a first floor laundry. Everything in the room and bathroom worked and there was plenty of hot water.

When we checked- in , they forgot to mention that there was no water in the whole building. A pipe burst and they was fixing it. We found out by the plumber fixing it by our door, not the front desk. After driving 15 hours, I'm pretty sure water is very important to have.

They gave us a key to another person's room (that worked) initially. Surprise! AC worked but couldn't cool whole room. It was hot.

The facility is old and needs updating. The entrance has no weather protection and the doors are not user friendly for entrance.

Old, no updates, bathroom door frame looked like it has been ripped off a few times and just thrown back together and painted over. Laminate in kitchen was all coming off. Microwave didn’t work.

The room had an odor to it that stayed and didn't seemed like the room was cleaned. The site itself smelled like old food or spoiled food. Food splatter against the wall. Unable to accommodate a vacuum. There were people smoking weed outside next to the exit while we were walking our kids in or out not matter the time of day. Just over all not well maintained.

No quite Yelling and screaming all day and throughout the night Room smelled like cigarettes 🚬 as soon as walking in. Legit sound like people were being rag doll tossed legit all day and night. May have been loud wild kids. Would not recommend. Paid way too much money to be dealing with all of that stuff. Couldn't rest peacefully whatsoever. To assign people rooms on the top floor with so many children or whatever was going on made absolutely no sense whatsoever. These places charge way too much amd you do not get anything truly for the money but the room. Cannot even relax. Definitely wouldve gone somewhere else. The stove was so out dated. Not at all what I expected.
