That staff couldn't do anything about refrigerator not working well. Good thing we didn't have a lot of food...or stay longer... I will not come back to this hotel again....

The cupboards were not very clean. The fridge leaked a few times. The breakfast grab-and-go service was very poor. When food ran out it wasn't replaced for basic things such as coffee creamer and quaker oats, muffins or breakfast bars. Breakfast was from 6.30 until 9.30am but if I came downstairs at 8.30am there wouldn't be much available except for hot water, coffee and a few packets of oats. I didn't see any cleaning take place the building. Towels given inside the rooms were not big enough to dry your body with after a shower. The towels were more like hand towels. There was only one body bar soap in the room so I had to keep asking at reception for more soap bars but most of the time no one was there or when someone was actually available they didn't have access to more soap and kept asking me to come back later or they would give me facial soap. The halls are noisy in the hotel. People do not seem to respect theses area at times when people could be sleeping early in the morning and can hear everything from the halls. I experienced a lot of shouting and was woken up several times. It's not a pleasant stay for people that could be visiting loved ones in hospital. Every little helps and this stay did not help ease my experience.

The manager at the front desk was very cordial, polite and kind. It was always good morning how are you a pleasant conversation. The manager makes you feel at home.

Unfortunately when I arrived they did not give me the room that was booked and they downgraded my room and did not adjust the room charge.

I did not like that mybroom had no garbage cans. I alsi did not like that my room smelled awful. Allso, my toilet had urine stains on it when I arrived.....therefore my room was not cleaned properly before I checked in.. This motel, I have to say, is the worst motel I have ever stayed at. I was pretty disappointed!!

The women that checked me in was nice,. Also, the bed was pretty comfirtable....but, could have been a bit better. I liked that breakfast bar seating area and the size I'd the refrigerator and freezer.

I mistakenly put what I don’t like in the box for what I’d be like I didn’t like a lot of things the dirtiest of the bathroom the messed up, microwave, the broken heater, and the fact I didn’t have dishes in my room and I had to request them I didn’t even go down for breakfast because I told it was a grab and go

The heater in my room did not work. It was old toilet paper drenched with urine stuck to the floor. The microwave was damaged and old and I had no idea I had to request dishes they should’ve been in the room already.

Staff is kinda rude and they require you to come to front desk everyday if your paying daily. They also dont have any savings for weekly payments

The layout of the rooms and the windows being able to open are great.

It was ok but I didn’t realize that it housed some people that were evicted or whatever they are circumstances were, and it looked like they lived there forever. They also had folks that had animals.

It’s definitely an extended stay building. Appears to be a location for transients. Was awoken in early am by an unhappy patron pounding and yelling down the hall. Also, parking lot had small group gatherings going on. Breakfast was pretty much non existent- granola bar and old coffee.

They do not clean the floor. They just vacuum. The floors are filthy. When you walk with white socks they are very dirty like they never mop floors.
