The fact I couldn't extend my stay with my spouse card on file unless I rebooked online with a reservation since that's how I booked the 1st time was an issue. My spouse left for work with the card early that morning, that's the reason I needed to extend without the card. Staff told me rebook online only and after I did that I still needed the physical card to extend. It was an inconvenience cause I had to checkout due to the fact I couldn't pay.

The hotel was cozy and everything was clean, I loved my room. The staff was very helpful and polite and they made my stay even better. I like the location and I will be booking there again soon ¹

The bathtub was clogged with hair, upon entering the building it has a strong unpleasant odor. The room was good. It also had a smell upon entering.

Not enough linen, toiletries, and towel to accommodate they people listed during our stay. Had to ask for more, which took about 25 to 30 minutes at the desk. No kitchen dish detergent nor dish clothes. Which we need led to wash dishes with. One of the stove burners did not work.

The immediate smell of weed upon entry into the hotel. Also not knowing that the hotel was a place that many of the guests were actually residents. It does make a difference having this knowledge prior to booking.

The entire floor had a slight aroma of weed and my room had a slight aroma of cigarettes. The entire facility seemed dated and the water pressure needs to seriously addressed.

Layout of the room and the bed was very comfortable. The majority of the staff was friendly.

If you need anything, from towels to a fork, you must ask at the front desk. The desk personnel are not particularly helpful. There was a single luggage cart with one mangled wheel, so it was useless. "Breakfast" was 2 urns of coffee, granola bars muffins and packets of instant oatmeal. There are no sidewalks on the sides of the hotel, and the single handicapped ramp is situated so that you must walk (or wheel) in the street to reach it. The front door is unlocked 24/7, so if the front desk clerk steps away, anyone can walk in. While my actual room was clean and comfortable, the public areas and staff training need attention.

My room was very clean. Having a full-sized fridge was great for my 6 night stay. The hot water was very hot. Location is very convenient to the Coliseum and Convention Center; in good weather you could walk. Hotel is pet-friendly; be prepared for barking. Parking is tight, but adequate.
