They only cleaned rooms every 3 days and we had goto desk for supplies. I would have preferred a cleaned room at some point

Would have preferred daily maid service for fresh towels, cleaning, and refills on supplies- our tissues and hair conditioner both ran out during our stay and there was a lot of sand on the floors that wasn't swept up daily so it just kept getting worse. Wasn't a problem to go to the desk and ask for supplies but I've never had to do that before unless the do not disturb sign was up. The pillows were a little gross under the pillowcases, too. One of our pillows was full of yellow rings from sweat or drool (that was there before our stay!). Lastly, the ice machine on the second floor never seemed to have ice so we kept having to go to another floor. Granted, that could have been from other guests not following the rules and filling coolers at that machine.

Convenient location....bonus points for large parking lot and beach access almost right across the street. Good accommodations for the price. Friendly staff. Great view of the bay out our window. Quiet....couldn't hear others from the room. Nice pool and Jacuzzi area.

The handicap accessible shower was a mess to use. The water could not be contained in the shower. The front desk was helpful and friendly. Sydney greeted us when we checked in.

It was clean. However, we didn’t use the pool or Hot tub . They appeared to have some type of cloudiness floating on the top.

My only complaint is having to walk down to the front desk for fresh towels. However the desk staff got them right away and was happy to do so.

No continental breakfast. Vending machines were empty. No diet choices in soda.

No breakfast at location. There was a chain restaurant beside of hotel that offered 10% discount. Not worth it!

We had such a smooth check-in process! The place was super convenient, with easy access to the beach, shopping, and fun activities. It was a fantastic value for my family and me, and we all had a wonderful time!

Hard time finding from GPS due to it being in back of shopping center Coffee wasn’t good and had to go to adjacent restaurant for breakfast

THERE COULD BE BREAKFAST INCLUDED IN THE DAILY RATE AND AN OPEN POOL, BECAUSE THE POOL WAS COVERED AND CLOSED WITH A VERY STRONG SMELL OF CHLORINE.

The smell of weed being smoked inside the rooms. The pool was ok, except the people having sex in it and the hot tub..

Beds were very comfortable, staff was very good. We had an issue with our smoke detector, and they offered us another room.

The app said the hotel had breakfast, but the breakfast they were referring too is the Denny's that's connected to it... That was very misleading especially since it cost us $70 the first morning to eat there. I didn't plan breakfast in our budget seeing that it said the hotel had breakfast. Had I known that, I would have booked a different hotel. The staff was mostly nice but that black lady at the counter is rude and not friendly. She had an attitude when we were checking in, I saw other people say the same thing too. When I was asking the ladies at the front desk how to get to the board walk, they mentioned they have a bus and when I asked if we could just take our car the black lady said NO you have to take the bus.... Then one of the other nice lady's told me that I can drive but I'll have to pay to park somewhere. And she showed me the app I had to download to pay for it. Complete opposite of what that rude lady told me. She just didn't want to help give me directions or explain anything. The rooms were SO SMALL. I got a room with 2 beds and it was tiny. We had no room to walk around or do anything. The rooms look wayyyy nicer on the website. The hallways do have a musty smell but that's probably from people walking back to their rooms soaking wet from the pool. Although it is only a 5 min walk to the beach, you have to cross 8 lanes of traffic to get over there. They do have crosswalks but it's nerve wracking trying to get over there with 3 kids. The location isn't the greatest, I couldn't even find a place to get coffee within walking distance besides Dennys which costed $12 for 2 coffees. Crazy! I tried to walk everywhere because traffic down on that main strip is horrible. I don't think we'll be coming back to Ocean City anytime soon

Indoor pool and hot tub was nice for the kids to swim in and relax. There were hairs in the shower and bathroom floors. The pillow cases were not completely on the pillows and the blanket had a small stain. Staff at the front desk were respectful and kind. We did have a false noise complaint against us without investigating, but I spoke to the front desk immediately and we were able to figure out that it was a family across from us in the same hallway. No breakfast served at the hotel. You must purchase at the Denny’s attached to the hotel.
