There was prostitutes around the hotel and probably staying there. Lots of unsavory people. Cops showed up at least 2 times during the stay there. Elevator and hallways smelled like heavy marijuana use at this location. Some of our friends even checked out and went to stay at another hotel. NOT the best place for a family or single females to stay at.

There wasn't anything my husband really liked other than the low price. Other than that he would have checked out and went somewhere else.

The hotel needed maintenance done, there was NO grab and go breakfast, the desk person was sitting outside in his car, items were broken, light covers on the elevator, Maintenance panels were open in the hallways. The list goes on!

My room was on the 3rd floor. The elevators did not work. I had to carry all of my things up the stairs. I was cold and wet from the weather and really did not feel like hiking up flights of stairs to get to my room. Also, the heat in the room didn’t get hot. Therefore, my room was really cool instead of being toasty warm.

I liked the property was literally up the street from my work. This came in handy with the severe winter weather we were experiencing. The price wasn’t bad either. The staff was outside shoveling snow when I arrived. That says a lot about them, trying to keep their customers safe.

Nothing really was woke up by multiple arguments, by different tenants, fighting and cussing slamming doors Bottom mattress super filthy Turn on the shower shower head broke shooting water multiple directions kitchen sink kept leaking unless you set the water handle exactly in the right position. Super dirty couch. Wipe the white towel across it.And the towel was dirty, stains on bathroom towels Ironing board but no iron, smoke detector hanging. Phone, don't work. Toilet barely flush Total mess thought it would be better, but I was totally wrong. Would not advise no one to come unless the other choice was sleeping outside.

Elevator was broken. I wonder how long they been telling that one. No shower curtain or trash cans. That was a fist for me. Carpet was stained. People hanging around seemed a little sketchy. Mattress had a cover on it, looked for sign of bed bugs. Didn’t find any. I know that’s a concern for most people now days.

The television didn’t work on the room and there was no replacement tv, room change or a discount given.

No waste baskets. Had to get the last roll of toilet paper from another room by finding house keeping There was none when I checked in my room. Mold around the bath tub facet. Bath tub was not clean on the sides. Bathroom needs a deep clean. It's just frustrating to check in and there being no toilet paper or waste baskets.

Roaches, unable to get clean towels, was not able to obtain any dishes or cookware (was told nothing on the shelves), range had missing knobs and only one burner worked in 226, desk was missing (unable to work from room), hall way dirty, requested a broom to clean around my area and was denied. Odor, bedding have stains and it would not take much to kick the door in, bottom of the door have a large gap from bottom of door to floor and you can see day light all around the door. Breakfast offered consisted of a miniature blueberry muffin and coffee 🧐.

The water was running in the bathroom , kitchen sink was dripping, the oven was missing a dial and it felt warm even though it was off. Also room smell like smoke even though it was non smoking.

Easy check in, the room was cold which I did like.

Air was on 60° room still warm. Had to sleep with the window open, which had no screen-- so hello mosquitos. Room had roaches. Was told pest control would come. Never did. Bathroom no light. Had to use phones first night. Second night brought a lamp. The room was poorly cleaned. U can tell someone stayed in there for a little bit because crumbs and dirt under recliner. Under couch cushions, and in the crevices of the chairs. This was the 2nd room we were in. And had to keep fixing the bed frame.

Carpets are very stained. The bathroom door would not shut, one of the hinges was not connected. The toilet lid needs to be tightened or replaced. The floor slopped down where the refrigerator is in the kitchenette. The tv wasn’t working well. There is no pool.

The facility was dirty. I saw a roach in my room. The room had been cleaned but not well. It was very drab and worn and stained. I'd say you get what you pay for, but I think I overpaid. Once you got to the facilities, you had to give $100 cash deposit (refunded on checkout) which was not stated anywhere beforehand. I did book through a third party booking site and I guess that's why I didn't know. The sheets were rough and scratchy on my skin.

The location was convenient, plenty of restaurant and store options nearby.

It's very dirty and the whole things smells terrible, stained up carpets. Our room the toilet was not working properly after we had to move to another room because there was a water leak and it was moldy and the carpet was completely soaking wet, this property needs to be severely renovated and the tenants are sometimes sketchy.

One thin blanket was not adequate to stay warm at night. When asked for another the manager stated there were none available. The refrigerator functioned at half power level and milk was not kept cool. Two of the three exterior doors cannot be opened from the outside with the card key and are covered by plastic. The manager is aware of this.

There was no pool even tho it said there was and WiFi isn't free. If you wanna stream movies you have to pay extra so technically the WiFi wasn't free.

This location was more like apartments. A lot of people were living there very long term. Had school buses picking up and dropping off kids. The breakfast was less than desirable. (Instant oat meal, coffee, and granola bars.) The rooms were not cleaned very well. The bath tub looked like t and not been cleaned in weeks. the was no shower curtain, had to ask for one. They need new towels. They were all stained with who knows what. The office chair was stained and full of holes. Stains on the carpet. I would not stay here again or recommend anyone stay here.
