We changed the first suite due to very strong cigarette smell ...second unit had no smell besides hallways but water barely drained in bathroom sink

No trash pickup… had to dispose of it ourselves. No kitchen ware ( pots, pans, dishes, silverware) Had to ask at desk for supplies and had to carry them ourselves up to the room… no staff delivering them. Difficult for us senior citizens. No one manning a desk when we checked out in morning. No answer when calling the desk from the room during normal business hours.

Some of the rooms had flying nats. Bathrooms where dirty. One bathroom had the head of a shaving razor blade. One other room had a towel with seemed like blood stains.

Breakfast was a muffin or breakfast bar and coffee. It served it purpose. We it was located in an area where there were plenty of options for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

It was very loud in the hallways during the day and evening. There were adults and children constantly making noise and running from room to room. I am assuming families were living there temporarily.

Overall cleanliness was poor. Smells in and outside the suite can only be described as horrid with attempts to cover it using air fresheners. Ticks were found in both beds during the night as well.

i stayed there for 2.5 weeks they never cleaned the room….staff(Evelyn) stoled my Amazon package when i tryed to extend my reservation they just declined me because another person on the lobby was keep asking to get my room and the Wifi is very bad and staff lyed me that they will fix it also they was trying to scam me by asking to pay extra 30$(week) so the wifi will work

Just about everything. Had no rooms available even with a booking. Com reservation! Desk clerk promised to find a room for us... And not charge us for the room for our inconvenience... Well that didn't pan out.. I got charged! Filthy conditions... Deplorable!

The service was not good, One girl that work there I didn’t know the name but when she service the guest, she Judge the customer by looking the money and didn’t have any friendly action to the customer. The times I check in is yesterday around 3:50pm and she was at the front desk. 12/14/24

The pictures definitely make it look bigger than it is. Upon request you're given 2 skillets, a cutting board and a 2 place setting of dishes/silverware which is kind of difficult with 4 people, so we just bought paper plates and plastic silverware for our stay. You also get a coffee pot and toaster with that. The main stove eye didn't work and the toaster was a little smokey. You don't have control over the heat/air so it wasn't exactly where we wanted it at times, but it wasn't terrible. It's a "you get what you pay for" situation in a two star hotel. Overall we had a good stay and will likely be back when we come back to PA.

They made a last minute change to our reservation because I forgot to reserve for our dog, so that was a huge relief after a 7 hour drive from NC. Veronica at the front desk was awesome and extremely helpful. The beds were really comfy. It's located close to Walmart and a lot of other stores to go shopping and places to eat. About 20 minutes to Pittsburgh, so not a bad drive.

It’s not clean

The property is not kept . The outside doors are completely wide open all day and night - anyone can walk right in. The carpet here needs to go as they must have too many animals staying here because that’s what it smells like .

No one was at the front desk 90% of the time. The front desk workers were the only ones there to clean the rooms. We weren't checked in properly, and our 2nd room was given away the following day. Just a really bad experience overall.

It took 4 hours to have the room ready, and I had to wait in the lobby from 9PM to 1AM (check in was supposed to be 3PM). We had 2 room reserved, and the 2nd room wasn't ready until 4AM, so we never got to use it. I guess it was clean when we got in.
