Breakfast options were typical, but not fresh or in good condition. Bananas were bad inside when opened up. Yogurt was low quality and artificial. Design of breakfast area is long and narrow making flow of traffic difficult.

Staff was lovely and helpful - even offered the kids a cookie at check in. Clean great place to stay. Pool was too cold and not enjoyable.

This was quite possibly the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed at. The facilities were excellent, the fitness room was surprisingly well stocked. I would definitely stay here again! Quiet. Right near the highway, great location. What a gem!

Booking.com said my final price was 303. Dollars when I got there I was charged 316. Dollars I've never had that happen I've always paid what it says on booking. Com. When I asked the guy at the front desk he couldn't give me a straight answer.

Very clean room. Comfy beds. Had the double queen beds suite, and it was really nice that there's doors separating the bedroom from couch and tv area. Ac worked really well. Breakfast included and was pretty good.

My only issue with the room was the beds are close to wall and hard to get in and out of in the middle of the night when your spouse is on the outside. My main complain, and I feel this should be stated on their website, is they refused to take my card because I bank with Chime. The claim was that people can pay, then turn their card off. I'm not sure Chime has that option. Thankfully, I did have another debit card, but not everyone does. I did see the "turn off card" feature on the app for the card they accepted, and to prove a point, I did turn that card off after paying. It mafe zero difference in my payment that was processed at the beginning of my stay. I feel the discrimination again me banking with Chime was unwarranted as my other card was the one that has the turn off feature. This trip was planned 2 months in advance, and I would have been left searching for a last minute hotel had I not had another debit card.

The fire alarm went off early in morning and the elevator didn't work. The staff did work on getting it fixed quickly. We were glad we weren't in a hurry and could wait to bring down our luggage 4 flights. Staff kept was informed.

Loved the indoor pool. It was refreshing. They had lemon ice water in the lobby which was a treat. The breakfast was delicious. Staff were cordial and helpful. I was able to get a step stool to get into the high king bed.
