The condition of the hotel, the door was broken. Had to slam the door close it. He had 2 rooms. For the price we should have a real breakfast.

Kitchen facilities were sub par as stovetop could barely boil water. Sink, microwave, and refrigerator (full size with freezer and ice cube trays) were fine except I never got any kitchen supplies so it wasn't worth using the kitchen part.

Pillows, were flat, stairwells dirty, doors to stairwells, from outside were broke, handles missing, propped open by residents, Floor by AC was wet, No towells when I went into room, Key didnt work, door to bathroom didnt shut, Chair is torn, found black longer hair found on bed sheets, grounds not very clean, questionable people hanging outside. Checkin is slow, and they usually dont know what rooms are ready. Many of the room doors are beat up.

Our ac leaked. A lot. Like, the carpet was always damp... None of the exterior doors actually lock. Definitely didn't feel very safe. Extra pillows are unattainable unless you know a guy that knows a guy. Oh, and why aren't there two nightstands for a queen sized bed in a room that folks actually live in sometimes?

Little bugs or knats or something crawling. First assigned room wasn’t ready. Was given a room closest to front desk which had hallway noise at times.

The lights didn't work in the room.

We stayed for 2 nights but there were no working lights in our room. It was not very clean when we got to our room but it was comfortable. The staff was amazing and helpful. We were given a free night due to the non working lights and they took care of everything. Very helpful staff! : )

1. The checkin process took almost 1.5 hours because of reported system issue to allocate free room. 2. I wanted to use cash but I was told at check in that if paid in cash I need to pay additional 100USD which was not mentioned anywhere in booking confirmation and I had to eventually use my credit card from Canada 3. The people up my room constantly made noise throughout night which was again not the problem with hotel 4. It was not a full breakfast like canadian hotels and only had muffin and coffee

The stay was quite comfortable for the hotel located in Greece and the pricing was affordable. All the staff were courteous even though we understood they were also in learning process I liked to stay in this exact place after 15 years but did not regret. Overall nice place to stay

We tried to check in at 2:30, we were told to go sit in our car and wait till 3:00. At 3 we attempted again to check in as we had a meeting to attend. The manager had not shown up for work, wouldn’t answer her phone and the girl left at the desk wasn’t allowed to do the check in process. Waited another 30 minutes before she came in. Late for our meeting 😠. Advertised breakfast, it was a granola bar. Employees made it clear they weren’t happy with management.

Insufficient amenities (no shampoo, nor tooth brush) not a single cup or utensil for use despite a full sized kitchen(!?), terrible curtains for privacy on 1FL (only choice: blackout curtain or full open view for folks parking their cars). TERRIBLE breakfast offerings; minimal selection, out of oatmeal early, just awful in this regard!

Overall cleanliness, as stated above, the rooms do need updating, and the exterior of the facility is littered with dog feces, cigarette butts, and trash around the entire facility

It is apparent it’s under new management, and the staff is trying very hard. The facilities are decent, but certainly could and do require some upgrades within the rooms. The exterior of the property is not well-kept at all.
