We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The staff was very kind and sweet. The full kitchen was a nice plus and so was the amount of space in the room nice.

ItalyI stayed for 1 week in this hotel and you need to know: housekeeping happens once every 14 days; breakfast was poor; smelly areas specially the hallway; the kitchen had no cooking utensils, they lent me a pan that was falling apart, the glasses were very old and they only gave me a small packet of dish detergent which was not enough to wash them; the toilet in my room was very stinky

United StatesThe hallways smelled like animals and dogs! The stairways were so full of animal smells. I almost threw up. The halls, too. And the last queen room smelled like animals. We moved out to another facility. Won't go back there. Only 2 washers worked. The rest were taped up broken! Too much money spent for this. Nasty dirty facility. The luggage cart full of dog hairs. Dogs took over the place there.
They had all of the amenities that we needed. Such as the full kitchen items. The tried to accommodate us there

United StatesOn the day I was supposed to check in, I experienced a sever case of food allergy or poisoning and was unable to do so. I attempted to contact the hotel directly to advise them that I would either be very late that night, or check in the next day, but NOT to cancel my reservation, as it was prepaid via your company. Unfortunately, I no live person ever answered the phone, even when I followed prompts to hit number 4 for the front desk. Since I was finally unable to check in on the original first day of my reservation, I called on the morning of April 16th, in order to advise the that I would check in and to confirm that my original reservation made via Booking.com was valid.. Once again, despite a number of attempts, I was unable to contact the front desk and was auto-routed to Extended Stay America Central Reservations. I explained my situation and asked if my reservation was still valid, since it was pre-paid through Booking.com and the agent said NO, we show you as a No-Show and your reservation is CANCELED and a NO-Show fee applied and that the only option would be to make a reservation through Extended Stay America and pay directly upon Check-In, which I had no choice but to do do. When I asked about the money I had paid to Booking.com, the agent advised that when they reflected me as a No-Show on the orevious day, my reservation was CANCELED and I would have to contact Booking.com, for a refund, minus a No-Show fee, since the cancelation would have returned the money paid to you.. When I asked the Assistant General Manager of the hotel about this, she simply said, "You have to deal with Booking.com, but they will not be easy, as they will try to hold on to the money. As of today, my Credit Card shows that I have paid both Booking.com and Extended Stay America fon the same hotel stay. Hopefully Booking.con can resolve this issue directly with Extended Stay America, rather then me having to resort to legal action.
Hotel and location was good, we have stayed there a number of time.

AustraliaThe pillows were rather flat and tired. The kitchenette was not supplied with any utensils as these had to be picked up separately from the reception staff. Same with hairdryer, except they clearly did not have enough hairdryers to allocate one to each room.
Location close to conference facilities at the Marriott. Offered small kitchenette and a comfortable bed. The staff did their best and were quite helpful and communicative.
