Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe bathtub was filthy. We didn’t call down and complain since there was a slight language issue. We got more towels and I covered the bottom of the tub. It didn’t appear to have been cleaned in weeks, black hair was in tub, around silver spout and handle for bar had what appeared to be black mold.

United StatesAfter waiting several minutes after checking in for the elevator, I asked the front desk if it was working. Two employees assured me it was. So I waited several more minutes and then lugged several suitcases and bags upstairs to the second floor where I found a worker working on the elevator. I understand the need to perform maintenance and I certainly didn't mind walking one floor. It was the lack of communication, even after I specifically asked, that I found annoying. The rooms were clean and comfortable but they are outdated.
