The carpet in the hallways were some of the dirtiest that I've seen. Also, the hallways were noisy... which had me nervous. Since there are stoves in the room, the hallways smelled like a combination of pungent food and marijuana.

The rooms were clean, soundproof, and there weren't any odors from the hallway. The staff was great!

Well I know this was out of your control but the Elevator wasn’t working and we had to take the Stairs. My Dad is 88 Years Old with a Cane and we were up and down the Stairs carrying Luggage with a man that’s 88. Then I asked could we get some cups to make coffee no one would bring us coffee and silverware, so rather than that it’s was okay.

The Property was fine.

The people hanging around the parking lot in front of the door with their loud music and smoking. The entry area need cleaning bad and the whole lobby smell like weed. SMH

They didn't have the type of room I requested. Then they did have one that they released and while clean, someone had used the toilet and it was clogged and maintenance had to come. If the room had been cleaned , how had the toilet not been checked. ?

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful with our stay. However, we wound up not getting the room we reserved for the weekend, and with no other rooms available, we’re stuck with it. The view was nice, the bathroom was clean along with the bed, but my carpet was dirty, the racks in the closet were broken, and my room chair was torn.

I enjoyed the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. The property wasn’t too far from dining places or gas stations, which was a plus for me.

Roach crawled on our pillows while sleeping. Everytime the air conditioning unit would kick on it had a whine to it. Appliances and furniture needs to be updated.

Just coffee. No actual breakfast. Pay a lot for place no pool and no breakfast. Drunks knocking on doors at 1am. Needs major updates. No regular cleaning. Suppose to come in clean after 7 days. They didn’t. Washer works but driers need to be replaced.

Great location but road was a bit noisy. Lots of shops and food places. Staff was very helpful. I brought most all kitchen stuff just needed a can opener. U have to request kitchen sets and clean towels after a few days.

I took off a couple of points because at 945am (checkout it at 11) someone tapped lightly on the door. I was on the toilet and my wife was still in bed. I actually thought it might be across the hall or next door and again, I was on the toilet. When we didn't instantly respond the employee used his key card and attempted to force his way into the room. Fortunately we had the security latch engaged. My wife started yelling and I jumped off the toilet and ran out to slam the door. I then asked through the door what he wanted. And he asked if we were checking out today. I don't know what universe this guy was from but in this one, none of this is remotely acceptable. And actually about 1030 we received a call from a very courteous young lady at the front desk asking if we were checking out at 11. Perfectly normal. No attempting to force herself into the room we had paid for. No scaring anyone. Just a courtesy call. I can't imagine entering an occupied room without permission is standard operating procedure. I related this experience to the front desk upon checking out.

The room was clean. Comfortable bed. Recliner was nice but very worn. It seemed to be in a safe location. Very close to pretty much everything. We were able to take Uber everywhere.

The bed was extremely hard and the refrigerator doors were very difficult to open because of how it was arranged. The breakfast is muffins and breakfast bars.

The location is pretty good and overall very clean.
