Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. I liked the staff, elevator, a/c, coffee in the lobby until 11:00 PM, the comfortable bed as well as the bathroom. Also, I was able to get a quiet corner room as requested.

United StatesI advised I did not have the credit card on hand that was used to book the stay(as it was through Klarna). I was advised a credit card just needed to go on file. Later, I was told by the party who booked the room, that the Klarna transaction was canceled and my credit card was charged $412 instead. This was a birthday gift set up by someone else, so I was disappointed that I end up paying for the room myself.
The staff at check-in was very nice and helpful. He provided a beach recommendation that I found useful and enjoyable.
