Breakfast was poor. Housekeeping was not very good. Locks on doors were broke. Beds were very hard. Extra charges for crib.

Out of date rooms, electric outlets overloaded or so loose that plugs kept falling out, rigid shower head (couldn’t angle it or adjust the massage head), room door I need to use the key card to shut door when leaving

Nobody serviced my room. On the 3rd night I had to go to the front counter for clean towells and wash cloths. On the 4th day they finally made the bed and brought clean towels.

There was no coffee pot in the room, or hair dryer, as well as only one set of soap on the sick [there was 2 of us] and only 2 towels in the room [again only 2 of us]. Next there was an extra fee that was not mentioned when we booked the room that caused us more issues and stress then if it would've just been mentioned while booking. Lastly, the breakfast was not at all as advertised, there was no breakfast buffet. Only cereal, an empty milk cannister, toast that had been sitting out for a long time, tiny mini muffins, and tiny kid sized Yoplait yogurts. And then a broken juice machine, I've stayed at quite a few super 8's and their breakfasts were always our favorite parts, and this was honestly so disappointing. It was ok for a 1-night stay but I wouldn't recommend this for a couple looking for a night out. I would highly recommend spend a bit more and getting a better-quality place even for 1 night.

The jacuzzi tub was great and we loved how spacious the room was. The overnight lady at the desk was nice and helpful. It was also convenient that we could park in the back lot area and go straight from our car right inside to our room. So, there wasn't that far for us to have to carry our bag and stuff.

The breakfast was kind of lacking. There was only cereal and toast the morning we were there, and there was only one little container for the milk that the receptionist had to take and refill every few minutes because everyone was eating cereal. My sister was unable to take a shower in the morning, because the water heater couldn't handle so many people showering at once.

I liked how close it was to the fairgrounds. It was comfortable and suited the needs of my family. It was clean.

I did not like the fact they allowed pets. I needed to get up at 4:00 am. By 8:30 I was falling asleep, but every time anyone walked past their room; across from mine… they barked…. Going to say three dogs…Around 10:30 the owners got back, took them outside…. Barking all the way, while they were outside too. This went on until the hotel calmed down with others getting back from their ventures. Didn’t sleep much….. waste of money…. Worked from 4:00 in the morning till 7:30 this evening….long day

Our room had water damage on the ceiling in bathroom/living area. Our room hot tub wasn’t clean (it had dirt and hair in it) No smoke detector in the room Breakfast served was stale and very minimal. Pool area was dirty (dead bugs in pool, not warm jacuzzi with low jet pressure). Staff at front desk wasn’t very welcoming (very quiet and to the point - my fiance tried to make conversation and it fell on deaf ears).

The bathroom had hairs in the tub and on the sink. The hair dryer was in pieces. The phone by the bedside was missing a cord to make to make it usable.

Parts of rooms were good such as bathroom, but carpets were awful...needed replacing & lamps had broken & dirty shades. Beds were comfortable but had dark dreary comforters. Very little for breakfast. For an overnight it was OK.

Breakfast was a joke. Toast with mixed fruit jam... not even bagels and cream cheese. They need to make some improvements there. Also the room's carpets were heavily stained and grimy.

The pool and hot tub were nice and were open late. The bed was comfortable.

The complimentary breakfast didn't really exist. They only seemed to have coffee and cold cereal. We were there for 3 nights and I never saw anything else (rolls/bread or juice.). The 2nd floor ice maker didn't work. The maid never cleaned our room. The hallway carpet was a little worn and dirty, the grounds needed to be cleaned a little, trash picked up.

The room itself was clean and comfortable. The location was good. The property was a little shopworn, but not bad. The motel assistant manager was very friendly. The rest of the staff wasn't terribly warm or friendly, but not rude. Overall, for what we paid though, it was fine. Frankly the room was a pleasant surprise since the first impression as walked into the lobby was a little worrisome.
