How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

No complaints . We only stayed one night and it was fine.
Room was clean, bed was comfy and the breakfast was good . We arrived later in the night and the girl at the front desk was friendly and welcoming. Check-in was quick and ready .

There was nothing I didnt like.
The bed was comfy. The room was quiet. I had a medical procedure, needed to sleep in the afternoon.

The breakfast is just so so, especially the coffee which tastes not so good.
The staffs are great! My brother couldn’t arrive before 1:30am but the staff waited till he arrived.

Great location. The shuttle Contractor was very personable and helpful. Check in and check out staff were pleasant and the breakfast was nicely done.

I had just driven eight hours from Monterey California with my dog Lucy. We were exhausted, thirsty, and really needed to relax. We were greeted by Karen (not that Karen 🙄) and she proceeded to make us feel at home and processed us as quickly as possible, seeing that we were dead on our feet. All I wanted was bed and to my surprise and eternal gratefulness she upgraded us to a lovely room. That doesn’t happen very often, but it sure made an impression . I will definitely be checking out. Comfort ends first on my travels.. 😎

The microwave was not clean. The bathtub had a black ring. The entrance to the hotel is awful, needs very large signage.

The cleaning in the room could have been better. It was decent but definitely could notice all the details and things that were missed in the room by cleaning staff but overall it was a great stay!
The front desk woman with purple hair was fabulous. I have a child with autism and she was totally understanding when my daughter just randomly grabbed at her hair. She helped us with our tv and towels and anything else we could have requested!

Check-in took about 17 minutes, and we were the only ones checking in. Front desk wasn't very customer friendly, no smile, no greeting. Not much smiling going on with the staff. A lot of "family" stuff going on in the back of the check-in counter. Rooms need to be updated. Chipped wood and paint. Looks dated, but at least it was clean.
Liked the comfort of the beds and pillows. Room and bathroom were clean.

You can hear everyone in the hallway and above and the microwave wasn't cleaned from the people before us

No microwave in the breakfast room. I would have liked to warm my waffle up because it cooled off quickly. But really that is a very small thing.
The breakfast was good though the bacon was so thin you could see through it. It still tasted good.

Getting to the hotel was arduous due to the road restrictions from the Main roads. Not hotels fault, Oregon Department of Transportation made it very difficult for nearby businesses; with median barriers, necessity for u turns, they have stranded this hotel on an island. When booking it seemed like just off the freeway, but it is not straight forward.

The parking space is so limited that made me hesitate to drive out for dinner. The lobby also looks very shabby. They were under construction or something during the time of my visit. Hope they're done with it and improve that.
Pretty decent hotel that you can expect - nice bed, clean room, tv, coffee, and breakfast just like others hotels around the country.
