Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesDon’t look the same as advertised. The swimming pool was dirty. I booked 3 suites and they gave me dirty rooms with no soap, towels or tissue. The toilet didn’t work in one of the rooms. I was disappointed that I only stayed one night and I’m waiting on a refund for 2 of the nights.

United StatesRude management. I got locked in my room. Took the on site manager 45 minutes to come to my aid. Then got told nobody was in the room when I was literally locked inside, took them another 10 minutes to come then was another 20 minutes before they got the door open . They changed my room , which it wasn’t completed, the bed wasn’t made . Blankets on couch. . When I went to desk at checkout to see about getting compensation. She clearly and rudely told me it was my fault the door got stuck cause u turn the deadbolt too hard. And no they won’t give me a comp night or any refund cause I chose to go to another room. Which it was 5 am , I have no car. What other options did I have . She refused to give me the owner name and contact information said I could find it myself. The place is great other than the fire hazard that kept me locked in my room an hour and half . And the rude manager who clearly don’t care about the guest or making the situation right by any means .

United StatesNon-smoking room was a former smoking room with cigarettes burns on the bathroom and kitchen counters, and carved out marks where the hotel attempted to hide the fact, the entire building reeked of marijuana, shower broken, only lukewarm water, a/c unit was not functioning properly, dated hotel and with dated furniture, filthy carpeting, discrepancies in the advertised appearance vs the actual of the hotel

By check-out, no "$00.00 bal. receipt" pending "getting our money from Booking.com"; seven days later-STILL NO RECEIPT /no outreach from hotel re receipt for 3-Rm/2-night stay which was paid for in JULY, '22!!!! Only 1 elevator//at extream farthest end if bldg. though closest to elevator was requested IN JULY, and our arrival was confirmed by phone call 7 hours before arrival. Rooms were near but not together--had to walj past 30qt. trashbag of food debris to get to each other's rms. Rm. phones were not "on" though I was required to deposit $300 (for 3 rms.) "phone calls and incidentals" at checkin to be returned "at check-out"---no findings of cause to keep my dep. but it's not refunded 7-days after check-out. Mgr. said she "had'nt heard from B.com" as of my inquiry on 10/25 but " would get wuth them right now"----I've had NO contact from Ext'd Stay, charge remains on my credit card (I filed a dispute at my credit card on 7th day post-departure.
