Beds were very uncomfortable, but clean. Didn’t want our rooms accessible during our absence, but they were despite do not disturb sign. New towels were placed. Toilet had issues. Lots of light bulbs did not work. Front desk personnel not very friendly.

Not impressed with night check in staff. We checked in late and they only charged me for one of the 2 rooms, but gave me keys to 2 rooms. I brought it to the attention of the morning check-in person (she was very nice and appreciated the honesty). Around 130-230 in the morning we were woken up by doors slamming. Not sure what that was all about.
Breakfast was basic, but fine. Needed a sweep around the floor, but I did see later the front desk person wiping off the counters, good move. I checked in late at night, having booked 2 rooms. They only charged me for one, which I informed them of in the morning.

I not certain why, but the room was extremely humid even with the air conditioner on. The items in our suitcase were damp from the heaviness of the humidity, I cannot tolerate cold air and we had to lower the temperature in the room just to tolerate the humidity. It was a first floor room and it was hot, but I’ve never experienced such heavy humidity.

The room we got was not what we reserved or what we got an email describing. There were 3 other people that had the same complaints. Wish breakfast included decaf coffee.

Super plain and basic. Pool? Also there was construction going on at like 7:30 am at the property. They had a saw running that early in the morning. Like excuse me, when I’m at a hotel for leisure I expect to be able to sleep in undisturbed.
