The place was so filthy, big stains on the carpet in the hallway, no real lobby, and No one available at front desk till 9am. There was no coffee pot, no hand towels in the bathroom. Only 1 bar or soap for kitchen, bathroom sink and tub.

The location was the only good thing.

I'm only listing the items below because you asked. The facility was dated. The hallway carpet was pretty rough. The room had an odd smell. The refrigerator didn't work well, had to use the freezer to keep things cool. The plumbing was questionable, not sure we were ever able to get hot water at the bathroom sink. One of the lights didn't work and the socket it was plugged into was about to pull out of the wall. No ice available. We have stayed at several Extended Stay's and this property was by far the most dated.

It was cost effective. Area seemed safe. Close to necessary amenities, restaurants, fuel, convenience stores. It worked for what we needed.

Slow draining sink in the bathroom. Full of hair in tbe drain. Toilet did not flush. No assistance on a resolution. Spoke to the front desk who stated "we do not send maintenance out this late in the night". Awkard moment of silnce since i was waiting for a fix for this now inconvenience to my family but she just sat on the phone. I had to check out early to stay with a family in a neighboring hotel just so we could relieve ourselves. Terrible service, out dated facility. Would not recommend

Where do I start? The elevator hadn't been cleaned in i don't know how long. The first room we were put in reeked of cat urine. We went back to the front desk, and we're given a key to another room on the same floor as the first. There was a funky odor in the hallway. The room looked clean but was sketchy. The bed was hard as a rock, the pillows were flat. The bathroom floor was uneven, the faucet for the tub made a god awful noise, and it took about 2 minutes for the water to get hot. There was a broken outlet cover, which is a hazzard if you get this room with small children. It looked as if no one had kept the grounds cleaned in quite some time. I would not recommend this Extended Stay location to anyone. Having paid $135.00 for one night, we were totally ripped off. It's as if whoever owns this franchise doesn't give a s**t about anything but money.

If there wasnt someone elses hair stuck to all of the "clean" towels in the bathroom that woulda been nice.

It was nice being able to just get there and get checked in without being given a hard time about anything. The guy that checked us in could have been a bit more kind and when speaking with me, but at least we didn't have to surrender my first born in order to get it done smoothly.

The employee mentioned above is /was training these people. So not only do you have a complete ass at the forefront of your business. This person is spreading his go die in a hole attitude to all his fellow employees. Toxic .

The gentleman at the front desk was the a complete jerk. He actually to several people who had paid reservations. They didn't have any rooms . Then proceeded to tell them to go away. Where he didn't care just leave. The worst part was they had rooms. He was just to lazy or maybe he enjoyed telling people to go away . Getting some sort of sick pleasure from the crushed look in their faces. When confronted he would dare you to call his boss spitting out the name often This review he won't care the jackaxx told me to do it.I waited 2 1/2 hours for my room to be ready. Then was told it would be comped for the wait. The next morning I asked about the room comp he laughed "she can't do that' and proceeded to tell me there was no way I was getting one. Overall 2 out of 10 I won't stay at that one again.

The whole building smelled of old cigarettes. The main doors were propped open and people were right outside smoking. The floors were stained with something red and nasty. The beds were very uncomfortable. We called to the front desk for a needed item and they would not bring it to our room, when asked they made us feel bad about it so we had to go down to the front desk and pick it up. I was uncomfortable being alone outside the hotel, which is unfortunate for the area we stayed in, it is usually a nicer area of town.

There was no ventilation in the bathroom everything was getting wet after showers. The foor was warped and felt like it could give out at any time. Beds were small. Windows were leaking. I've stated at better hotels for less.

No parking, only 1 entrance, a full kitchen with not a single utensil, dish or pan, not even a paper towel. The free breakfast consists of a granola bar or a small muffin. 🤔

The "Grab and Go Breakfast" did not exist. It was just coffee. The lady who checked us in said she "forgot to order the supplies." What a cop out! I don't think they offer any grab and go breakfast, just coffee from looking around.

The bed felt just right. We needed a king bed.

Fix the refrigerator that sounds like a train. Put in a new door so that you can’t see the hallway at the lower half of the door when the door is closed and locked. Clean off the mold in the bathroom. Clean the drawers and kitchen. Put hanger in the so called closet. And stand by what is said in the description.

it was a dive. Coffee was all gone as was the hot water which was breakfast. People were all around the front door smoking. it was scary and everts about it as cheaply done.the frig opened on the wrong side. The king bed I reserved didn’t exist and we had to take a gueen.

.i liked that it was in a good location and dog friendly. it was quite a bit cheaper than the hotel we usually stay at.

The shower in the bathroom could use some matanance. Two out four days when we got up to shower the water would not heat up. We were up at 6:30 every morning. There was no ice machine in the building though there was two ice cube trays but we only used once as we bought a bag of ice and put it in the freezer. The breakfast was okay not the greatest. When they say breakfast is included when you book your stay they should tell you what you get for breakfast. We are not coffie drinkers so juice would have been nice. When we checked in they said that there would be oatmeal we never saw any oatmeal. The selection of channels was poor. The TV in our room was down to low so when lying down it was hard to watch. When you were watching a show the pixel would sometimes get very bad.

The bed was comfortable. It was nice to have extra chairs for people to sit in. The lighting on the room was great.
