Great location! Good enough distance from the more crowded part of the boardwalk - but not too far of a walk.

Elevators were slow and not smooth. The bathroom mens side at indoor pool was not clean at times and backed up with people waiting.

The girl who checked me in was NOT pleasant. She didn't describe anything to me about the place. Nothing about parking. Nothing about the hotel at all. I had to listen to the people getting checked in next to me to get any information. Parking was tight. They do offer parking across the street, which wasn't a huge deal.... just would've been nice to know. I had to figure that out on my own. The elevators are scary. If we weren't so high up, we would've just taken the stairs. Bathrooms could use some updates. Tub caulking.... the door to the cabinet was off the hinges. And some wallpaper pealing. There is also too much furniture in the room. The way it's placed makes for very tight areas if the pull out couch is opened. Which again.... no big deal. Just bulky, and it blocks the air flow from the ac. The doors SLAM shut. So if you're not courteous and shut the door without letting it slam.... it's VERY LOUD. The other recommendation would be to have usb outlets. Usually all hotels come with them now so we didn't bring a charger connect and had to go buy one. Not a big deal. Just a recommendation. And there is no wifi.

The area was great. The 2 pools outside and 1 inside was fantastic. The room was very spacious. The beach couldn't be any closer. The cleaners were great and very pleasant in passing.

I did not like three very minor things. The fan in the bathroom did not work, so after that amazing hot shower, the bathroom stayed a sauna for quite a while. Secondly, in the kitchenette, there was not a full-size coffee pot, just this single serve pot. The booking ad said coffee pot. We brought coffee and filters. We were provided two single serve for the pot in the room. Yes, we could have asked for more, but instead, we just went to starbucks.. maybe reword that description to say single serve pot. Finally, the chair and couch were not the most comfortable to sit on, normally that would not even bare discussion, but we had spend a good portion in our room on one day due to hurricane Erin. As I said, all minor things, and we will definitely stay here again!!! Thank you!

The location of the facility, the cleanliness, and the staff were all great. The beds were comfortable and clean. The bathrooms were very clean. There was adequate parking close to the hotel. We got a flat tire while our truck was sitting in the lot, and the staff called us and advised us of the situation so we could take care of it immediately. This was the afternoon before we left! This means that they patrol the lot to ensure that vehicles are secure, no one else is parking there that shouldn't, and advise you of issues immediately if there any. That was fantastic. It could have been a disaster trying to check out and finding a flat tire. Great job!

The only complaint was that the beds were a bit too soft, our screen door was broken and our room phone wasn’t working , and the elevator was a bit slow .

I loved the ocean view. & the location was okay . A bit pricey for one room. But kind of expected the time of year we went. Pools were nice and hot tub a plus🙂

The room was clean but it was too dark for me. The furniture was visibly old and the mattresses were too soft. Otherwise, everything was great.

The location on the Boardwalk and having the pools right there along with the beach is very convenient. We had a great time.

Property and pool need cleaned more. Was better maintained in past years. More tables/umbrellas around pool area for families some chairs are broken.

The kitchen was extremely limited, no sharp knives, no baking equipment, only one small skillet. very bare bones.

There were little signs of aging round the room and hotel, rust on things and stuff? But i suppose being on the seafront the salt would cause this

Staff needs to police, enforce the No saving of pool lounge chairs by using towels to save 10+ chairs, unless you and your family/friends are physically present. These said chairs being saved, were not in use till approximately 3, 4+ hours after the towels were placed on in the early morning hour. This situation is a risk of probable confrontation by other members if not corrected

We didn’t have a lock on our bathroom door and the adjustment for the thermostat didn’t seem to work. It was really cold in the room.

Location!!! Very clean and staff were friendly. We enjoyed all 3 pools!

I think for the amount of money that I paid it could’ve been a little bit cleaner and more updated. Plus, I left a day early. The carpet really needs to be steam clean because when you walk across your bare feet, your feet stick to it again like I said for the amount of money that I paid it could’ve been more updated and the carpet could’ve been cleaned and again I left one day early.
