Had a jacuzzi tubing jets did not work also bathroom sink had a leak and had to put all the towels that were provided down and didn't have e any for our showers..

The parking lot is tight. The rooms are tight as well. The beds were a little hard for us but clean. The door jam to our room (#5) needed to be replaced. It made it difficult to open the door.

The facilities were very clean. This is an older building with older bathroom fixtures which I found to be charming and retro. The rooms have a small microwave, refrigerator and coffee pot. There is a convenience store close for late night snacks and munchies. We stay in LaGrande often to visit family and Rodeway Inn has far exceeded any of the other lodging in LaGrande. The price is the best we have found. We have paid twice as much for poor lodging down the road. This location is walking distance to shops and restaurants in quaint downtown LaGrande. We will be staying at Rodeway Inn from now on.

The convenience of the quiet location, friendly staff and price actually helped us decide to stay an extra two nights. The only draw back was the parking lines in the lot but it all seemed to work out.

Booking dot com lists it as breakfast included, but there is NO BREAKFAST. Also the room's exterior door had a big gap and the interior security lock was broken and looked like someone had tried to break down the door.

Easy location off the freeway and close to coffee shop and gas.

Everything, how about maintenance, how about housekeeping, how about having people at the front desk that know the rules for choice hotel members instead of making them prove the rules!! Oh and compensation for making our stay horrible?!?

Where do I start?? The place is disgustingly dirty everywhere you look, inside and outside are falling apart and not kept up. Our door wouldn't close, or lock properly. There were huge hole cut in ceiling. Furniture was falling apart. The pool was unlocked and left open all day and night unsafe for children, no security whatsoever if you wanted to feel safe this is not the place to go. Fire alarm went off at 4:00 a.m. and we all had to be evacuated later we were told that the people in their rooms were cooking so it set off all the alarms we had to be evacuated stayed outside for over an hour. No compensation no apologies nothing, when I came to check in I was forced to prove that I was a diamond member.. was told that I had to pay extra if I wanted to check in before 3:00. This place is literally the worst representation for choice hotels you could find... Not only am I sorry I went there I will make sure to tell everybody not to go there! Best part is they still tried to charge me for the second night of which I didn't use. We left after first nightmare night!

They didn’t serve breakfast its says at the beginning a That it was included in the price The room stinks smoke and smells bad The room was dusty and the door unsecured the lash was lose and no one was there like staying I never saw a lady to clean the room or give me towels the office was closed and outside on the window was a phone number It was ugly experience
