Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. I enjoyed my stay, and the staff was very professional upon arrival and got me in my room quickly. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean.

United StatesThere was not a lot of options for breakfast. It was a grab and go breakfast. No eggs or waffles, more like a granola bar. Sketchy people behind the building outside in the smoking area up to no good, that was off putting. No coffee pot in the room that I saw.
The coffee was good. Location was good for where we wanted to go. Room was clean and big enough to move around, smell was a little weird.

United StatesThe outlets, lamps, and phone did not work in our room. It was reported but never addressed. Make sure you bring your own hairdryer and coffee mugs. There was no hairdryer but you can tell where it once was located. I asked for kitchen supplies but they were out of most items. They did have a coffee maker but no coffee mugs. I was given throw away cups to use in their place. I was grateful for those to say the least because in the mornings you could not get to the coffee or take/ go breakfast due to a crew of workers waiting for their boss to pick them up. They would not move and it seemed to have taken most of the items. It was my understanding that they didn’t even stay there. Just came in lobby to wait for their boss. It was hard to find anyone at the desk to help you. My husband went down a few times to ask for information-since phone was never fixed/replaced but no one was ever came to the counter. It took over 20 mins to get someone to desk to even check out. We were told that they were understaffed. 🤷🏻♀️.
It was close the Savannah Convention Center and restaurants.

United StatesI told the front desk that our toilet would not flush at 9 am on Saturday and was offered a plunger. As we were being picked up any minute, the person at the front desk said she'd have it taken care of. When we returned around 9pm, the toilet had not been addressed. I went to the front desk and the woman apologized and called maintenance in, it took him over an hour to get to the hotel. He did fix it promptly, I was just upset it had not been taken care of when we were out as promised.
The beds and bathroom were clean. Most of the staff was nice.

United StatesThe whole third floor smelled like pot. I had my kid and dog with me and it was just really bad. I know this hotel was non smoking. Thought we all were going to walk out with a contact high. You do not get a coffee maker in the room which was a disappointment and website said breakfast not grab and go. 2 Lights were out in the room. Definitely not worth the money.
The beds were very comfortable. Was far enough away but still close enough to get to different things. Parking is free.
