Mediocre breakfast, we came up at 8:30 AM and the hot food was gone and waited for 30 minutes on scrambled eggs, no sausage was replenished and no butter. Coffee was barely warm. It appeared to be a language barrier with the help.

TV was screwed up; manager said some customer set up the timer (for only 5 minutes??) and they couldn't figure out how to reset it...not sure I believe that. Microwave was screwy--and really loud--as well. Oh yeah, not a good bed. Not terrible, but not that good. Lots of pillows, though, so that helped.

Breakfast was quite excellent; great selection, including sausage and eggs!! This is the cornerstone of a good motel breakfast. AC worked really well, and was quiet, too.

Had to switch rooms first one we were given was flooded with water, turned out someone left a window open and it was raining. There was a weird smell in the whole building. The soaps that were in our room were half used not by us.

I thought everything was good.

I check out and I forgot my child's tablet. I phoned Quality Inn and they had the tablet at the front desk. Since, I had left and was not close enough to to go back. They mailed my child's tablet. Excellent customer service and honest staff.

The room: The toilet paper holder was too far away. I could barely reach it. They floor was sticky, needed mopped. Needs a night stand on both sides of the bed. Also needs a stand in the bathroom to set things on.

The building is very old and the bathrooms need some updating. The shower and plumbing had very little pressure. Just old is all but fairly clean. The pool area and hot tub definitely need some work and updating. Overall our stay was good though.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. They helped me sort out a reservation mistake and fixed it right away. Shared good places to eat and fun things to do. The breakfast was great and very clean as well.

The walls must be very thin. Could hear lots of walking around and stomping, no insolation at all. Had to wear ear plugs due to noise. The AirCon was the noisiest I've hard also. Only one vegan option for breakfast

Room was clean but it smelled of some bleech. While I appreciate the cleanliness, a mild room freshner may be something the property can work on. The room walls are a bit thin and there was noise from the adjacent room that transmits. At night and early morning it was a bit uncomfortable

Place seems a little past it's prime (old carpet, outside end door has no lock at all) but entirely reasonable for the price--especially with an excellent breakfast; link sausage and scrambled eggs! I'll be back next year!!

The folks taking care of the breakfast area were very, very nice, and the breakfast actually was worthwhile, as opposed to just cereal, waffles (in other words, junk carbohydrate) and bad yogurt. Coffee was a little suspect--nothing but unhealthy flavored creamers-- but it got the job done.

TV didn't work. Hotel is tired and feels a bit grubby.

Good location for heading north. Excellent museum just on the outskirts of town. Beds were comfortable.
