Lobby area was unappealing and the furniture was all stained. Bad first impression. Beds were uncomfortable and pillows were pitiful. Rooms are TINY and cramped. You trip over toilet trying to get in the tiny bathroom.

The bed was a little worn out, and for me personally, it was low and hard to get out of. I needed an accessible room because I have some mobility issues. The bathroom was good, even though the showerhead was hard to work with.

The smell was terrible and they had alot of maintenance and upgrades they was doing to the property. Requested 1st floor a head of time but was still placed on second floor. Took half a day to get clean towels cause house keeping said she had to wash more

The front desk clerk was very rude. We were in town for a funeral and already having a rough time. No greeting, slid our room card across the counter without a word. I had to ask when breakfast was. I always stay at choice hotels and have never experienced the level of rudeness we were given on that stay. I will stay somewhere else next time.

Downfall of our stay, the bathtub didn’t drain properly and we had one half of a joined room. The other half was occupied by guest we didn’t know and we will say it was loud. very little sound dampening between the rooms due to the joined doors. I wouldn’t suggest getting a joined room unless you know the other side. Also, don’t be like us and forget to say something about the shower drain problem.

Location is the best assets of this property. Several restaurants and some stores are within walking distance. If your planning a stop while traveling, there is plenty of space for large vehicles, gas stations close by and easy quick access to the highway. Breakfast was good with some variety too. All in all a nice place to stay at a reasonable price.

The pictures shows a nice pool with seating area and a functional gym. Pool was dirty and the gym is used as a scrap storage room. You can’t even get in the door. Someone on 3rd floor smoked weed every night and our room and clothes stunk. Shower was also so slick and oily that we bought cleaner and had to purchase a shower mat after my wife fell in the shower

The bathroom was disgusting. There was a dead bug on the bathroom floor, toilet tank lid was badley cracked, the shower liner has a lot of mold on it and there was a lot of mold on the bathroom ceiling.

Water was yellow brown. We didn’t shower or brush our teeth. As it was gross. The beds smelled like they sprayed wintergreen scent all over them to make smell in hotel. Hotel smelled like sewage. Room felt moist. The pillows were not actual pillows. They were small square pillows on the bed, like throw pillows. We felt like it was gross. We barely rested. We got up early and got out of there.

The only thing I didn’t like was the laps didn’t have the usb ports to charge my phone, other than that it was good .

The staff was good and friendly! The location was perfect, I love that housekeeping came daily to clean the rooms, I haven’t seen that in a while! The room was clean, bed comfortable.I would definitely go back .

The water didn’t drain in the tub and also was yellow. In addition, the tub had scum on it. The lamp was broken in the room and the sheets were hot and uncomfortable.

The breakfast was good and the room was clean. Also, staff were nice.
