Lack of extra amenities, no true breakfast, And the exit stairs smelled like a barn every day that we stayed there, and it was very strong. Also, on the third floor towards the end of the hall, there was a very strong, wet dog smell. There were people loitering in the laundry, and vending area that looked like they were up to no good😮

I found long dark hair on my sheets and in the bathroom. I shave a sinking feeling the room wasn’t that clean.

It was conveniently located. We appreciated the on-site laundry. There was plenty of parking. The staff was helpful. It was so quiet! We appreciate the dishes/cooking pans the hotel provided. The kitchenette was really helpful and easy to use.

They serve snacks not breakfast. The snacks kept reducing. There was no drink option for kids because they said that hot cocoa had finished. For 6 days they did not replenish it. They don’t care about their guests. When I requested for a pan I was told there was none available until other guests check out. It’s not a good place to stay with kids

We had to bring the additional room kitchen items back to our room by ourselves, even though it stated it will be brought up by the team. But I'm nickpicking - it's not a big deal.

The place was roomy and spacious. We liked that the location is close to all our needs. Staff was attentive and polite. Room was clean and quiet. Air con/ heater was great and silent. I love that the hotel provides additional utensils for the kitchen. Spoons, knives, plates, cutting board etc.

My room wasn't very well cleaned. The drawers had hair in them and the cupboards had grease smudges all over them.

They said they have breakfast but when I went down there I saw no breakfast some oatmeal and coffee and that was it.. I'm currently pregnant so eating a big breakfast is something I need every morning so I was super let down with that. Also the dryer machine ate my money for drying my clothes and when I told the night shift front desk person he didn't offer to give me my money back or anything so I lost 10 dollars altogether trying to put quarters in and the machine refusing to take them.. didn't offer to refund me or accommodate me by giving me a free one time dry for the inconvenience

I loved how nice and accommodating the morning staff was! The room was super clean and any problems I had, when I went to the front desk they did everything they could to make sure my needs were met!

This building was seriously outdated dirty and unclean the staff while helpful when asked was very inaccessible and lacking any customer service skills This facility had a lot of transient people living there permanently or so it seemed

Check in personnel stated they did not work with Booking.com and charged us for a second night. The stay had been paid prior to check in. We had to make several phone call to correct the charges. Duct tape to hold down the carpet between kitchen area was terrible. Breakfast was a coffee pot with a ultra processed muffin or breakfast bar.

I was not allowed to extend my visit, because my 7 lb service dog wasn't on a leash. I was told once before she has to be leashed and I said sorry. Then the manager instructed me to "pick her up then". I thought she could be unleashed if I was holding her. Wrong. Obviously. I had to tell you twice.. she said to me. Well, she didn't HAVE TO.

( I liked the many amenities like dishes and a full sized fridge. I was happy with most everything except what I wrote about the dog. The little things add up and there was many of those compared to other places I've started. Price was
