Hallway often smelled of marijuana and area in front of elevator on our floor, in front of trash bins, smelled of soiled cat litter. The lady at reception when we arrived seemed annoyed that we were there and was unusually unfriendly (other staff was nice).

Ability to cook our own food and avoid ridiculous restaurant prices. Easy parking and close to shops. Quiet.

The second floor smelled like cats. The first room we were assigned wouldn't open so we were moved to a smaller room. The second room was fine but only had one chair to sit on and the sofa bed was tiny.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. They proactively adjusted our rate when there was an issue.

First room I was give. Smelled like cigarette smoke. Being an extended stay, I assumed there would be kitchen utensils and there was nothing - which made it difficult to eat the take out I brought in.

My only couple things are to try to get a better breakfast option. Also have the house keepers clean the floors a bit better. There was a ton of stuff on the floor next to the shower and to make sure to check every pull out couch because there was a ton of crumbs and stuff in the mattress when we pulled it out.

The location was really good for what we were doing and with 3 kids felt safe. Staff was friendly and Dawn made check in extremely easy!

It was a room to walk around in with shoes on, bathroom floor was sticky and had hair in all the corners. Beds were ok but super squeaky so every time someone turned over in the middle of the night we all woke up.

Room was bigger than anticipated and front desk staff was super friendly, plenty of parking.

The breakfast was pretty poor. Not much choice for a continental breakfast. No kettle of mugs and spoons in room. We only slept there so no issues

The walls were not soundproof. I could hear my neighbors breathing. It was obvious that the building was old and rehabbed. The inside of the unit was updated except for the kitchen area which was very old and needed replaced. The unit smelled like bacon grease. Staff was friendly but very sparce.

The breakfast was not up to what was advertised and expected.

There were no appliances available for use. I had been looking forward to toast in the morning but when I called I was told there were none available and I'd have to try again the next day. But I was checking out so never got my toast.

I liked the room set-up. The bathroom facing the bed made it very easy if I had to get up in the middle of the night. I also liked the sink being separated from the toilet. Seemed much cleaner and allows others to use sink if bathroom is occupied.
