The Pool needs some attention. One waterslide not working, things in kiddie pool not working. Needs a refresh.

The room was clean and comfortable. Location was great. Breakfast was good.

Check out is at 11, a housekeeping staff came at 10:30 and knocked on the door and immediately proceeded to open the door without giving time to respond first. We told her we were getting ready to grab our stuff as our kids were getting dressed, and she then told us checkout is at 11. We were aware of the times, and were checked out by 11. But the fact she knocked, and immediately opened the door as my children were getting dressed was extremely uncomfortable. She should have given us a minute to open the door on our own.

Staff was friendly and accommodating for the most part.

The Second Floor where we stayed it was very hot up. Our rooms were cool though.

I like how they accommodated me with having adjoining rooms and the pool-water park was a bonus for sure. I also liked it was attached to the mall for some shopping!

This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed there recently and both times each room was either missing g doorknobs or had broken doorknobs. This room the bathroom door knob was practically falling off

The door locks were missing screws and were very low to the ground. The water park water smelled and it seemed like they were over compensating the 2nd day with an excess of chemicals. The soap and one of the shower heads were broken. I could rarely find anyone at the front desk or the water park desk.

There were elevators.

The chairs have white dirty spots in them, and the furnitures are wobbly (near breaking). The bathroom is too small and you have no place to put your toiletries. And I also ask if a birthday decor be put in our room as it was my daughter and sister in law’s birthday celebration but nothing was accommodated.

It is near the mall.

It was VERY loud at night. The waterpark definitely has some flaws, did not seem as clean as it could be.

It was very loud at night. There were weddings there both nights we were there and tons of noise in the hallways and outside.

Bathroom and shower could have been better maintained. They just didn’t match the condition of the rest of the room. Also, no nightstand on one side of the bed. This left nowhere to set a phone or drink

Toddler water slide needs to be refinished or replaced. I was nervous he was going to cut himself. The mat at the bottom of one toddler slide needed to be replaced as well as the other toddler slide needs one.

The pool was amazing for all ages of kids. Our toddler had a huge area that he could freely play in, while our preteen loved the fast waterslides and regular pool.

Other than lack of breakfast space, the rest was great!

Breakfast was good but a little lacking- more space was needed for the amount of people staying- it looked like another room could be opened and wasn’t. Difficult to navigate with the traffic of other guests.

The arcade was broken and the bar gets busy so having a room close to the bar is not great when having to get up early

The location is perfect for shopping and going out to eat. The water park is perfect for kids.
