There should be at least water and some crockery in the kitchen. Second thing when you are providing lockers then lock with key should be provided by the front desk free of cost. Luggage storage could be free of cost.

Super clean, staff is very helpful. I requested for early check-in and they accommodated. The place is very close to everything. 100% recommended for solo travellers

I did not like the water pressure/shower head. It was locked on one stream that was just a hard stream. I think the bathroom could use a bath rug or extra towels to lay down on the floor when stepping out the shower. Also, when towels were put in the laundry, they weren’t replaced so you have to go downstairs everyday to ask for new towel.

I think the location was perfect to access the subways and great for meeting new people. I got to network and see the city for the first time. I felt very safe as you have to have a keycard to access everything.

At the 10 beds room we don’t have a bathroom, but okay the problem was that at the floor I stayed there the bathroom was closed.

Amazing hostel ! They do a lot of activities so we can make friends :) Good location and beautiful building/structure ! A lot of people, but the hostel is also big, so you can have calm if you want.

Bring back the complimentary breakfast. I didn't know that complimentary breakfast ended so that was a pretty big disappointment as I had hoped to eat there. The bathrooms could be cleaner and just more stalls and showers. There weren't many stalls/showers for the number of rooms and guests.

I liked that the rooms were quiet and people respected the quiet hours. The location is phenomenal for the various concert venues. If you've stayed in a hostel before, it will be very easy to navigate and understand. This was my 2nd time staying at this hostel.

Staff were so friendly, upgraded us for our group of three to be in a room together! The location was amazing especially during Lollapalooza. They had so many events and fun things in the community room for the festival as well, like hair braiding, nails, face masks, glitter, etc. Also felt so safe with their security and having to scan card multiple times.

the only thing I didnt really like was that the accessibility entrance was only open part of the time.

the atmosphere was beautiful and was well kept. i was also a fan of the planned activities they had daily! they had a kitchen you could cook in and store food which was so useful, especially if you cant afford to eat out or if you dont like eating out.

When I made the reservation I requested two lower bunk beds for our stay. The guy at the front desk said we should have requested them at the time of booking, which we actually had. I even went back and confirmed that once I dug up the email. But the second night they made sure that we both had lower bunks which was nice, though to do it we had to switch rooms. At the Friday afternoon mixer the staff completely ignored me when I went up to get my complimentary beer. :(

Excellent place! Super location. It has many amenities, the staff is very friendly, it’s open 24/7, the facilities are super clean, and I loved that it had a laundry room to wash and iron clothes. Even though the 10 person rooms only had one bathroom, there were more bathrooms on each floor. It has an elevator, and the Wi-Fi is fast. The only thing I didn’t like was that in the top bunks there’s no space to get down from the bed, which is uncomfortable. The bed is enclosed with wood, making it hard to climb up and down. I got a lot of bruises doing so. But other than that, 10/10.

No curtains on the bed so not much privacy during the night. It made it a little hard not waking up people when getting in the room a little later at night.

Really well centered in downtown Chicago, close to the parks and the waterfront. Really comfy room, quiet, with functional shower, bathroom and sinks, as well as supplied shower gel, shampoo, hand soap, towels, bath mats, etc.

8 beds with bathroom.last day ,a taft booked for me was wonderful.not like a room 7/28- 7-29 it was offer o had to go out side to use a broken bathroom and waited for 1 to o get in shower.

I had from the very beginning requested a specific room upon an employee's recommendation, but was not given it and no good explanation was ever given...the thermostat did not work-a major issue...I should have been given new towels every day, but instead I had to ask at the desk-not a pleasant experience

Great location and helpful staff. The facilitates are great, particularly for a hostel. The common room area is large enough for activities and is fitted with numerous snacks and drinks machines. Would stay here again!
