The beds and pillows were hard. We checked in on Friday and left on Monday and no one came to take out the garbage or replace toilet paper. My 2 year old grandson found 3 large screws on the carpet

In the morning, we heard dogs barking for hours. As we checked out, we realized it was a guest. When we walked past the dogs went crazy. I feel like if it's pet friendly, they should place them away from guests and possibly on the first floor only.

I really loved the design of the room and the kitchenette. It was really nice and well thought out. Breakfast was decent. I loved the waffle maker. I had a problem with my room door and maintenance repaired it promptly.

Fan noise in the bathroom...TV reception was horrid. NO daily housekeeping...but I get it, as this is extended stay...but I had to keep going to the front desk to get coffee packets for the room. IF, it had been a Keurig, I would have been fine as I travel with my own K-cups.

The staff was incredible...however...the noise upon arrival in the bathroom...from the exhaust fan was horrid. I used two plates from the breakfast room to fashion a muffler. That worked...but maintenance came...removed it and fixed the noise!!! That was awesome. The TV reception, however, was horrid...many snow-filled channels..no ESPN was watchable...Food Network was Ihahahaha) frozen. For me, TOO many non-working things. The breakfast scrambled eggs were the best I've ever had in a hotel...as was the crisp bacon. THAT made my stay very enjoyable..

I did not like that the smoke detector went off at 3:30 in the morning because of someone upstairs cooking in the middle of the night and the sirens going off had fire trucks and police there but at least there wasn't anything real serious going on so that was great they seem to get everything under control quickly did not receive towels one day but simply asked for them downstairs and they were given to us right away all in all a great stay

The carpet in our room was clean the beds were comfortable the floors were clean in the bathroom everything looked decent and in order good room the staff were very friendly really enjoyed the young lady who work the night shift very pleasant to speak with was very helpful the breakfast was okay the location is pretty good getting ready to build a car wash next door did not seem to interfere with the visit

I didn't like being rushed when I was getting my breakfast it was quarter after 9:00 and I feel like the staff was rushing me

Manager was amazing,because somebody messed and I was supposed to be on the first floor but he fixed everything so that I could be on there first floor, so I really appreciated that I had to wait a little while so housekeeping could clean a room but I did not mind at all due to the fact that this man went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied.

I didn't have any complaints.

I enjoyed the location and facility grounds. I lost my life alert and spoke Ms.Barb at the front desk. She called me back within a half hour and said Ms. Ines had found my device in my room. They kept it safe until my best friend retrieved it later that evening. The staff were friendly. I believe Mr. Nate checked us in. He was pleasant and answered my questions thoroughly. The breakfast staff were friendly and helpful with additional items.

The staff was rude and unhelpful when I called about a refund since I wasn't able to stay the night of the reservation because I wasn't 21 yet. I called Booking so they would get in touch with the hotel and they did and even then the person on the phone was unhelpful and unwilling to do anything.

Room cleanliness and staff care a bit more about their guests health.

Was very disappointed to find out there were mice in our room, inside the pullout sofa bed, lots on droppings, so unsanitary. And mice ate through our bag. When mentioned to staff, they were unbothered by that, and offered me points, which I refused. Staff need to check these things.
