The hotel is in need of updating. There was wood rot on the baseboard by the shower in our master bathroom, and there were ceiling tiles throughout the hotel that had old water stains. We also found a sock from a previous guest on the floor by the curtains.

Comfortable hotel in a great and quiet location. Staff were friendly and the hotel breakfast was decent.

I had a government check from my agency & front desk wouldn’t take the payment & had to use my personal credit card. I learned later that someone else at the conference that they took her company government check as payment. I was here on a training conference.

Room was clean & had a lot of equipment, i.e. fridge, stove top, dishwasher (very nice) but toilet was very loud when flushed somewhere else close to my room. It did this all night.

The bed was pretty hard and I was sore after a night of sleeping. But everything else was great. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Staff was kind and helpful.

The food service Mgr didn't plan very well for the holiday period. They were out of orange juice for 2 days and the food was not kept warm and available as it should have been. Some furniture in the room needed cleaned better or replaced.

Location was good for us. The hotel was quiet and we really liked the layout of the suite.

There is no door between dressing area and bedroom. Noise wakes people still asleep

The system went down at check in and took about 25 minutes to get back up in order for me to check in. The employees were kind and worked to get it back, but no compensation other than an offer for water. Elevator wasn’t working on departure.. so farther to carry items as there was no cart available either.

Nice property. Our room was comfortable. The ice maker was loud in the refrigerator and the ice maker didn’t produce much ice. The sofa was a bit worn. Though a well used hotel, still very nice and clean.

Our suite had an unfortunate situation with water residual from a past occurrence. The staff attempted to rectify the problem, and upon realizing that they couldn't, moved us to another suite. We were very happy with the 2nd location.

The staff was very accommodating. The breakfast offered a large variety from fruits to pastries, hash browns, eggs, sausage, bacon, oatmeal, waffles ...

Inflexibility of management

We set up a reunion here for about 6 families. Types of rooms had been changed for several of our families making it inconvenient . Staff at front desk was as helpful as they were allowed be but management did not want to accommodate. We are Hilton timeshare owners and Hilton card and honors members. Did not seem to help. Several rooms not maintained well.

The suite was very nice and comfortable with a separate bedroom and living room/kitchen space. The kitchen had a big refrigerator, stove top, dishwasher, and some plates, silverware, and glasses. Safe area.
